HIRING OF SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF EXISTING FLOATING ROOF CRUDE OIL STORAGE TANKS AT CPF GANDHAR OF ANKLESHWAR ASSET AS PER RELEVENT STANDARDS.

Lump-Sum cost for activities (described as under) required for satisfactory completion of inspection and repair as per OISD std-129 of 10000 M3 floating roof oil storage tank at CPF Gandhar, Ankleshwar Asset . Broadly the works covered in this item are as under but not limited to the following:-

Removal of ms plates, heating coils, structure etc.

Supply, fabrication and welding of MS plates,

Providing isolation layer,

Replacement of steam coil including supply & fabrication, by 2" NB Sch.80 pipes.

Plastering on dyke wall & tank pad,

Repairing of brick on edge pitching on dyke wall & tank pad by new bricks

PCC - 1:2:4, details as per clause 3.17 of scope of work

Supply and fabrication of structural steels,

Repairing by carbon steel weld build up,

Supply&Installation/Servicing of foam chambers/ maker ,

Supply and laying of Above ground pipe line (API 5L and Sch. 40)

Supply, fixing and fitting of earthing strip for replacement on one-to-one basis as defined in SOW. Size:- 50 mm X 6 mm

Supply and fixing of Insulation material and strap for replacement on one-to-one basis as defined in SOW (Item to be included if heating coil is available)

Insulation to be carried out on 2" pipe

Resin bonded glass wool of 50/75 mm thick and of 24 Kg/m as per IS-7413 and thermal insulation conductivity at 10 deg not less than 0.26 mm/cm cc. Reinforcement with Gl hexagonal wire netting 20X20X22 SWG including pipe line surface cleaning and application of Heat resistent Silver paint as per specs mentioned in SOW at 3.25.

Bidder to fill % of applicable GST at Cell F63. Bidder to mention applicable HSN/ SSA code at Cel F64

The Total Price including GST at Cell G65 will be automatically calculated.

The quantities mentioned in Schedule of Rates (SoR) are indicative and it may vary during execution of contract as per requirement. Payment shall be made on the basis of actual execution of quantity.
