Span of 5 Mtrs in length c.Pillar Height 4.5 metre on sides and centre height will be upto 9.5 metre The following material will be provided inside hanger a) 20 nos. two seater sofa, b) 10 nos. centre table c) 1000 nos. chairs d) Basic LED lighting e) 150 nos. round tables with linen.

Providing Catering Services alongwith Complete set of catering equipments, Kitchen equipments, Crockery & Cutlery, dishwashing alongwith covered space for storage of raw material. Breakfast- 2500 Pax 5 Lunch- 2500 Pax 5 Tea- 2500 Pax 5 Dinner- 2500 Pax 5 High Tea during Inauguration- 2500 Pax 5 High Tea during Closing Ceremony- 2500 Pax 5
Complete back up for cold storage at site and racks for storage of dry and wet store. Drinking water facility of 20 Ltrs Mineral Water Jars of sufficient quantity at each venue. 500 ML Bottled Water is required to be provided at each venue created for distinguished dignitaries.
