Three way locking assembly with iron plate and two rods 10 mm dia and lock cover complete all as specified and directed.

Leg made out of 1.00 mm thick mild steel plane black sheet size as per drawing including painting with two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing U/S plywood from BED HARD STEEL & supply and fix 12 mm thick BWR plywood, ISI marked of same size, existing pattern with beading, screw etc complete all as shown on drawing and directed. (Drg No FD / E6/ Map / 08 (R)

Removing the existing U/S pre-laminted partical board from head rest of Bed Hard Steel, and S & F 18/19 mm pre laminated patical board of same size, existing pattern with beading, screw etc complete all as shown on drawing and directed. (Drg No FD / E6/ MAP/08 (R))

Removing old u/s tops from teapoy verandah and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade (ISI marked) one side teakface & other side white with PVC beading all around complete all as specified and directed.

Leg fabricated with 20 mm dia mild steel conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm including bending in 'U' shape complete all as specified and directed.

Conversion of Charpoy GI Pipe Nylon Newar to Charpoy GI Pipe Plywood top by removing nylon Newar and S&F of 12mm thick ply, ISI mark of size 1980mm X 900mm by fixing with 10Nos nut and bolt of suitable size with GI washer along with provision of 25mm x 3mm Flat iron stiffner 02 Nos at the ends to welded with the top of long rail as directed by GE.The Flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red complete all as specified and directed. Removing of damaged/broken long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI pipe 32mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade including threading both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged/broken long rail from charpoy and making of short rail from u/s long rail retreived from ser No.4.01 above incl threading & fixing in charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old damaged/broken short rail from charpoy and making leg from u/s short rail retreived from ser No.4.02 above incl threading, S&F 3mm thick flat iron plate in bottom to be welded with legs & fixing in charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old broken/damaged GI elbow and S&F new GI elbow 3way 32mm bore (ISI marked) to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old and unserviceable parts/components of CHARPOY IP HARD TOP"and S&F in replacement plywood BWR grade ISI marked 12mm thick to the top of the charpoy with suitable nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified in drawing and directed. (Drg No.FD/MAP-II/01)

M&L for re-canning of "CHAIR VERANDAH" using 4 mm wide half round plastic cane of pale cream / white colour of superior quality in mat design including removal of old plastic cane and including preparation of old painted surface of chair frame and applying two coats white synthetic enamel paint all as specified and shown in Drg and directed. Supply and fix in repair hard rubber shoe to chair verandah / chair verandah steel complete all as specified and directed.
