Annual Maintenance and Operation work of 33 and 11 KV Substation Deghat under EDD Bhikiyasain

(A) Maintenance and preventive maintenance of 33/11 KV S/s, 33 KV, Genration line 11KV, LT/HT line and ditribution T/f's Replacement of IDF/Mechanical meter 50 per month as per JE/SDO instructions; replacement of damaged distribution T/f's and timely release of new service connections & disconnection work for revenue realisation purpose as per JE/SDO instructions and consumers complaints handling as per UERC supply code 2020 (NOTE-Amount calculated on per day basis will be deducted from total amount for the month if any one or more Skilled/Unskilled persons made available for work/duty, found absent as per JE/SDO Report & attendance register, which will be maintained by the contractor): also, if any panlety of any Solar Plant in imposed on UPCL due the non-maintainance of timely supply, then total panelty amount will be deducted from the monthly bill of the Contractor) (No of Skilled Lineman = 06 Nos) (B) Operation work in shifts (4 Shifts) for operation of 33/11 KV S/s (including contractor's profit)(Note:- Amount calculated on per day basis will be deducted from total amount for the month if any one or more skilled/Unskilled person made available for work/duty, found absent as per JE/SDO Report) (No of S.S.O = 04 Nos)

Replacement of damaged/rotten or erection of midspan poles (HT/LT) including cartage from S/s Deghat/ESC Masi (NOTE- Amount per pole will be paid as per this rate but amount equal to double the cost of replacement of pole will be deducted from the bill of the month in which complaint of such damaged/rotton pole, recieved)

Replacement of IDF/Mechanical meter 50 per month

R&R of damaged transformer 5% of 150 = 8. Excess damaged transformers will be replaced free of cost by the contractor.
