Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of :G.S. Sheet

Providing and fixing 2.0 mm thick PVC Opaque White colour industrial corrugated roofing sheets of good quality up to any pitch, including fixing with using storm washer , 6mm bolt/self tapping screw with EPDM Dome washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified and including cutting to size and shapes wherever required,cost of all materials ,labour ,etc complete

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 15cm wide, 45 cm overall semi circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m2

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limper and bitumen washers complete:1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/ m2

Providing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Scrapping and cleaning the steel truss, purlin, cleat etc and preparing the surface for painting

Applying priming coat With Epoxy primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron /steel works

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in colours White, Ivory, Grey, fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC Solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the wall etc. 110 mm pipe 4 kgf/cm2

Supplying and fixing 110mm PVC bend of required degree.

Closing of existing rain water drain hole, including chipping of edges and placing gunny bag dipped in thick cement slurry for thickness of 10 cm and making the same to tight enough to prevent downward movement of gunny bag , filling the hole above with Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using coarse aggregates of downgrade 12mm, for keeping the top level 20mm above roof level watering, curing etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 11/2 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying and stacking water proof compound for mixing in cement concrete.

Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design.Aluminium fluted strips 3.15 mm thick150 mm wide

Supplying and fixing Aluminum angle 40x30x3 mm and Aluminum strip 15.9x6.3 mm or nearest size in expansion joint, edges of slab etc including cost of all materials, screws, rawl plug, drilling in concrete, all tool & plant, etc complete
