Repairs to 150HP Starter unit no.03 at L.I.S Uranbow by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following a) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance ,phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz.(01 no) b) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make (01 no each.). c) Providing and fitting of new volt coil of 250A contactor of Havells make d) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. e) Providing, fitting & setting of electro pneumatic timing relay with timing range upto 60s coil voltage 415V.(2NO 2NC double block f) Replacement of damaged copper control wiring of ATS including cable ties, connections, tapping and insulation as per requirement. old scrap parts amount already deducted. After completion of work the starter should be tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for p/f of fresh T-oil for topping for two starters (7 Ltr)

Repairs to 40HP motor of lift irrigation scheme Darpora unit no.01 by way of replacement of damaged bearing 6315 with new one of SKF/reputed make. The job also includes the charge for replacement of rotor Shaft of SS (approx. 3kg) and bearing cup with new one as per sample The job also includes the charge for P/f new nuts & bolts of motor as per sample. The job includes the charge of transportation, skilled labour, dismantling & assembling, tools & tackles, loading, unloading, testing etc for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged TC- 16 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre with new one. The job also includes taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor.
