Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm not exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of chowkhats or frames of any type in the same opening area exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of shutters of any description area exc. 1 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down of shutters of any description area exc. 1 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding/partition/cladding of any description, fixed in any position with nail/screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grained PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 85 mm mm single rebated comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (1) MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (2) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

All as per item No. 08 above but frame size 100 mm x 65 mm.

S&F for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with particle board core with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant, WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with & including necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Stainless steel butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately.)

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top & bottom rails, mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and both face covered with decorative face veneer lipping with frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel barrel tower bolts of 150 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel handles 150 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel sliding door bolt with hasp, staple bolt type and fixing clips of sheet of 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel hinges of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium frame/shutter section for doors, windows, ventilators,partition etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium mortice lock 2 lever vertical type, size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.)

S&F 5 to 6 mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work including complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with staples on snap grid including preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured & paid seperately.

S&F in repairs solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of size 14 mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Material & Technologies Promotion Council (BMPTC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polythelene foam sheet having density 40 kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, wherever required, The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf with Eco friendly/UV coating, all complete all as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair position Phenol bonded Bamboowood in wall/skirting with planks of size 14 mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 85 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Material & Technologies Promotion Council (BMPTC). The skirting shall be fixed with SS screws & rawl plugs over underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polythelene foam sheet having density 40 kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, wherever required, The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf with Eco friendly/UV coating, all complete all as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L granite of 18 to 20mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 4 to 5 mm thick coloured ACP sheet cladding over MS frame work or any other surfaces including making necessary arrangement for light, vertical , horizontal offset of any size/any pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel work Fe 290 (Gde E-165 ) rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, post etc where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; sheets, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including dismantling of old existin mlid steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.
