Earth work in Excavation of foundation in Hard soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing & breaking clods, levelling bed and depositing the excavated material away from the working area etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and filling in Foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm & down graded Size crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Dismantling and Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

2.5cm damp proof course with C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm size hand brocken granite chips with cost & conveyancy of all material, royalty and taxes of all material, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

16mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) finished smooth to inside brick walls after racking out the joints including watering, curing etc. with cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 10.01(Ground Floor)
