Construction of ESR and Extension of pipeline of Jamugurihat PWSS under Jamugurihat Municipal Board under 15th FC 1st and 2nd Instalment(Tied Grant) for the year 2024-25 and 2025-26

Item No 1-Construction,testing and commissioning of steel GRP Elevated Service Reservoir of different sizes at various PWSS under different divisions of the state.Construction of ESR of different capacities(considering SBC of soil as 8 ton/m2) with MS staging of 16m height and GRP(Glass Reinforce Plastic) water tank conforming to IS 14856:2000 as per approved drawings and specification including earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls,footing including refilling(return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work,breaking clods in return filling,dressing,watering and ramming,lightning arrester etc. and removal of surplus earth,construction of RCC foundation,15mm plastering in proportion 1:4 in RCC support pillars with M25 grade of concrete,painting in MS staging over anti-corrosive reactive compond,fitting and fixing of 150mm diameter threaded GI inlet,outlet,overflow pipes and 200mm diameter wash pipes,160mm sluice valve,aviation lamp,MS laddar,all formworks,shuttering & Shoring,including materials and labour all complete in the jurisdiction of different division of PHE,Assam for the following capacities of water tank.Approved good for construction drawing will be isued by the deptt Capacity 70000 Litres-8ton/sq.m

Item No 2-Providing,laying,fitting &fixing GI(Medium Class)pipe conforming to IS-1239(Pt-1)2004(with upto date amendment)including ISI marked GI specials and jointing material,cutting of pipe materials and necessary earthwork in trenching and refilling of earth and restore to its original condition including dressing,dewatering including bailing out water where necessary all complete and also necessary testing and commissioning as per direction of the department 150mm dia GI

Item No 3-Providing,laying,fitting &fixing GI(Medium Class)pipe conforming to IS-1239(Pt-1)2004(with upto date amendment)including ISI marked GI specials and jointing material,cutting of pipe materials and necessary earthwork in trenching and refilling of earth and restore to its original condition including dressing,dewatering including bailing out water where necessary all complete and also necessary testing and commissioning as per direction of the department 100mm dia GI

Item No 4-Supplying,laying,fitting,fixing,excavation and restoraion HDPE pipes(High Density poly ethylene pipes Pe 100) conforming to IS 4984/2016(with up to date amendment) with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector of jointing pipes by heating the ends of pipes with help of Teflon Coated electric mirror/heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other to form a monolithic and leak proof joint by thermosetting process.it may be required jacks/butt fusion machine.(50mm and above fusion jointed and below 50mm mechanical jointed),the HDPE fitting should be ISI marked conforming to relevant BIS code. 63mm dia HDPE

Item No 5-Supplying,laying,fitting,fixing,excavation and restoraion HDPE pipes(High Density poly ethylene pipes Pe 100) conforming to IS 4984/2016(with up to date amendment) with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector of jointing pipes by heating the ends of pipes with help of Teflon Coated electric mirror/heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other to form a monolithic and leak proof joint by thermosetting process.it may be required jacks/butt fusion machine.(50mm and above fusion jointed and below 50mm mechanical jointed),the HDPE fitting should be ISI marked conforming to relevant BIS code. 75mm dia HDPE

Item No 6-Supplying,laying,fitting,fixing,excavation and restoraion HDPE pipes(High Density poly ethylene pipes Pe 100) conforming to IS 4984/2016(with up to date amendment) with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector of jointing pipes by heating the ends of pipes with help of Teflon Coated electric mirror/heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other to form a monolithic and leak proof joint by thermosetting process.it may be required jacks/butt fusion machine.(50mm and above fusion jointed and below 50mm mechanical jointed),the HDPE fitting should be ISI marked conforming to relevant BIS code. 110mm dia HDPE
