Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts wall cesspits manholes pier holes etc. n exc 10 sqm m on plan and n exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soft/loose soil all as specified.

M&L River Sand filling under Paver blocks including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidating all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L Hardcore of guage n.exc. 63mm, deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc.15CM thick, watered & rolled/ rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L Moorum / Red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete, type C2, (1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc all as specified and as as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete, type B0, (1:2:4, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in cills, steps, bands, plinth courses,copings,bedplates,filiing gaps etc., and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating,necessary formwork, complete all as directed. Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonary, type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregates with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type C1, 1 : 3 : 6, (20mm graded aggregate) as in precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quion blocks ( use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, road kerbs, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bounders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc, and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match.

M&L 18- 20 mm thick Jet black Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished withedges rounded and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cill, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, Plain Cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors even and rough finished to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 80 mm thick, M-40 grade, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block,rubber moulded,glossy finish of any shape and size of approved laying pattern with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of pcc block masonry and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 450 mm bore (internal dia) Re-inforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, lay & test cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (Earthed ), of size 4 core 16 sq mm. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: havells/Plaza/Finolex

M&L Earthing complete with excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia bore light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade, PCC pit with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal / salt funnel etc. complete all as directed.
