Roughening of the existing surface of concrete including removing/demolition of loose/damaged cement concrete (unreinforecd) of any descrition and in any position not otherwiese specifically provided for with removing existing treatment(tarfelt)including removing of rubbish to t distance exc 250m but not exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description & in any position any capacity settingaside(or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder and finally disinfecte weith bleach wash etc, and hoisting, if rquired, reconnecting and re fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning and due date for cleaning of tank capacity of tanks exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 liter complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for roof treatment with 3 mm thick APP modified water proffing membrane with 100mm overlaps sealed and bounded to the surface including finishing by applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram/sqm on roof or vertical surface complete all as specified and directed > (MAKE : SUPER THERMOLAY manufactured by M/s STP limited or MOPLY-FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India ltd or IWL (HYPERPLAS POLYSTER) manufactured by M/s IWL as approved by GE.

M & L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC padding to level the damaged roof surfaces and finishing the surface even and smmoth to required slope and gradient all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in floor with using water proofing power(water proofing power paid seprately)

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial Bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.5 kg per Sqm includingcleaning surface in sunken portion all as directed by Engineer in charge
