Design, manufacture,supply, installation, testing and commissioning and load testing at site of mechanically operated 1.5 ton capacity Jib crane having jib arm of 4 metres, clear height of lift 4.5 metres with 180 degree rotation(manual) swing along with provision of manual hoist. The design of the crane shall be as per relevant IS codes and shall have to be got approved from the department prior to manufacture. All the bought out items shall be of reputed makes, the credentials of which shall have to be got approved from the department prior to procurement. The crane shall have to be offered for pre despatch inspection by department's representative in the manufacturer's works prior to delivery at site. Note: 1) Based On OEM recommendation/ design, working drawing of the crane may be submitted and got duly approved by the department prior to the manufacturing and execution by the contractor. 2) The crane shall be inspected and load tested in the manufacturer's factory prior to dispatch as well as after installation at site. 3) Obtaining statutory clearances as required prior to puting the crane to used shall be included in the scope of the contractor.

Part VI : HVAC WORKS
AC Units : Supply, installation, testing and commisioning (SITC) of Cassette Type all-weather Split Type A/C with minimum 2.0 TR nominal cooling capacity along with heating arrangement suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply consisting of tubular /standerd blower, fan motor, DX cooling coil, filter,ABS fire retardant as body material for indoor unit, control and power etc, on/ off timer with advance startup, high capacity panel , supports compressor, cordless remote control, air purging using vaccum pump, charging the system with R-410A / CFC free Refrigerant as per installation manual for smooth operation of AC’s, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In- charge.
Refrigerant Piping with Rubber Nitrile insulation (Combined Gas line & Liquid line) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Interconnecting refrigerant copper piping ( suction & discharge line) duly insulated with tubular elastomeric nitrile rubber of required thickness and shall be wrapped with aluminium threaded tape/ monsoon tape from outdoor unit to indoor unit with necessary fittings, valve, flare nuts/ brass fittings etc as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer In Charge. All outdoor refrigerant pipeline shall be provided with appropriate mechanical protection for preventing damage by birds and the horizontal pipelines if any shall be laid over MS hot dip galvanised tray, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge. NB: 1) All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS hanger & clamps. 2) Size (i.e. dia. & thickness) of copper pipes & thickness of tubular elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation should be as per manufacturer's recommendation.
Drain piping duly insulated Supply, installation and commissioning of rigid/ flexible HD PVC piping/ GI piping duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation complete with fittings, accessories, supports on wall/ ceiling or floor etc. as per site situation & all as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer In Charge. Note:1) Size (i.e. dia. & thickness) of drain pipes & thickness of tubular elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation should be as per manufacturer's recommendation. 2) All drain piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger & clamps, complete in all respects technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge.
Cabling Supply & laying of 3C X 4 sqmm. cu power cabling along with required control cabling and adequate earthing as per site requirement with adequate size of cu conductor wire with saddles & spacers to connect outdoor units with respective indoor units & power cable to connect power outlet to ODU/ IDU complete with end connections as required, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge.
M.S. Structure Fabrication of various M.S structure (namely M.S. stands for the ODUs of A/C units, expansion tank, any other item not covered in respective items wherein supports are not included shall be part of this item) as required & fabricated out of M.S. flat of size (50 mm x 6 mm) and M.S. angle of size (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) and safety guard of M.S. flat of size (12 mm x 12 mm) with opening in safety guard for maintenance purpose of Split AC's ODU unit, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel over one coat of red oxide primer of approved make & shade on all M.S. structure as required and complete in all respects as per technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-charge.

Cement concrete of specified grades at all locations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes: a) Reinforcement provided if any shall be measured & paid under relevant item. b) MS frame works around pedestals etc. if provided shall be measured under relevant item. c) The dimensions of pedestals/ foundations are likely to be varied and rate quoted shall be final without any additional cost to the Department.
PCC M-10 grade in bed concrete to foundations, pedestal, encasing etc.
PCC M-15 grade in sub base flooring, foundation in pedestals, cable pits, cable trenches, plinth protection, encasing etc.
Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S.456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, using 20mm maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes for Reinforced Cement Concrete works: i) Cement for structural works shall be OPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. ii) PPC/ blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. iii) All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications. iv) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. v) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm. maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. vi) The water tank and other tanks shall be executed strictly as per following criteria without any additional cost. a) The water tank and other tank work shall be executed as per IS 3370 latest editions in addition to other relevant IS code mentioned elsewhere. b) The minimum cement content for water retaining structures tank shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. c) During construction of raft slab of underground tank, lift pit dewatering shall be continuously carried out to avoid developent of water pressure. d) Dead load in the form of sand bag shall be placed on the raft slab of underground tank, lift pit, so as to counteract the pore pressure untill the walls are constructed and back filling is done. Number of sand bags required and time period of loading etc. shall be at the descretion of the Engineer in Charge. vii) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department. a) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. b) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by/ through the dept. c) Making cutout whereever required including cutting the form works etc. d) Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.
For all type of Structural/ RCC elements with all geometrical shape and sizes
Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS :4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufacturers for all type of structural elements/ RCC/ PCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval for RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. iii) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure works.
Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation and plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, where plastering to be done, including all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for form work: a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of form work shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces. c) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of formwork shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. d) Nothing extra shall be entertained for revision in drawings
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineerin charge. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.
Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D/550D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in sub structure at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately)
Cement plaster using READY MIX Plaster (RMP) of approved manufacturer in single/ double coat over concrete/ masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 of thickness mentioned below at lift pit/ trenches and all locations to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
20 mm thick smooth finish in two coats on concrete surfaces (internal trench/pit) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials beyond initial lead by mechanical transport to the near by dumping pits/ dumping areas within 3 km inside the site premises/Out side the colony or site premises including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials within 3 km inside the site premises

Supplying and spreading pesticides chlorpyriphos or other chemical approved by central insecticides board as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-construction anti-termite treatment at the rate of 7.5 liters per sq.m. on vertical and 5 ltrs. per sq.m. on horizontal surfaces (or as directed by the manufacturer) within the trenches, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm. centre to centre etc. complete as per IS 6313 Part-II. (The payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurement only at ground floor/ stilt area for all stages of operation and vertical face will not be measured for payment) all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: a) This item will be executed through approved agency who is a member of Indian Pest Control Association, approved by Central Insecticides Board. b) The contractor shall have to furnish ten years guarantee in the prescribed proforma as per Section-10 (iv) Conditions and clauses of contract-2008, to maintain the anti-termite treated area/ structure free from termite. c) Prior approval of Engineer in Charge shall be obtained after testing the chemical for antitermite to be used and shall be tested in approved laboratory and to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. Cost of testing shall be included in the rates quoted.
Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying patent box type cement based water proofing treatment of approved agency for basement raft, vertical walls, lift well & trenches etc. at all levels & locations as per specification of the water proofing agency including cleaning of surfaces, curing and testing the basement raft/ pit for water tightness, rectification of defects if any, etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for waterproofing works:- a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer-in-charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing agency before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section 10 (iii) of Condition & Clauses of Contract 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the water proofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a weeks time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects.
Providing 50 mm to 70mm thick waterproofing treatment on horizontal surfaces for base/ floor consisting of i) Ist layer shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of readymix cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion. Joints shall be sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in proportions recommended by the manufacturer. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality (rough stone slab) with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportion with a gap of 20mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior stone slab with ready mix cement mortar1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 20mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & laying NP 3 class of following diameter RCC hume pipe including making holes in masonry/ concrete work wherever required, to be laid in ground/from concrete cable trench to ground, for passing of cables with necessary joints, concrete supports, making good the holes after laying the hume pipe with collar joints using stiff mixture of ready mix cement mortar (1:2) and sealing open ends with wooden bush etc. all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Earthwork, road work and PCC for embedment shall be paid under relevant items).

PART I-B : SUPER-STRUCTURE (STRUCTURAL) i) Super structure items included in this schedule pertains to all the works above plinth level upto roof including parapets, water tanks, machine room, terrace level works etc. unless specified otherwise.
Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in super structure conforming to IS 456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design as per drawings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. PART -I-F : FLOORING WORK Notes: a) Adjustment of levels in thickness of mortar bedding due to different types of flooring, if any, shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department upto theoritical floor thickness of 50mm b) In case theoritical floor thicknes is increased to accommodate Raceways/ Electrical service boxes, additional bedding material beyond floor thickness of 50mm shall be paid extra in lean concrete as approved by EIC. c) The contractor shall submit and get approved the sample for flooring, skirting, dado tiles from Engineer in charge before bulk procurement. d) Pattern & design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer in charge before commencement of work. e) All Exposed edges of all natural stones used for the works like Kotah, Marble, Granite etc. shall be machine cut and shall have uniform thickness, moulded/ champered and mirror polished with high gloss finish as approved by Engineer in charge unless otherwise mentioned.f) The rate shall include cost of making Designs/ patterns in the flooring to all geometrical shapes/ curves of different radius and sizes with no extra cost to the Department. (Any curved design/ patterns in flooring/ Dado, tiles/ stones shall be cut using water jet at facory) g) All Kota stone work shall be mirror polished to get high gloss finish and the rate shall be inclusive of the same in the respective item. h) Wherever dissimilar floor finishes are placed adjacent 3mm thick x 25mm wide aluminium flat dividing strips shall be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Department. i) The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. j) The contractor is to take appropriate step to protect the polishing surface/ glazed surfaces of granite stone, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles flooring and pre polished kotah stone for tread and riser by providing and laying 6mm thick POP during construction period without any additional cost. The surfaces are to be cleaned only at the time of handing over.

PART I-G : DOORS AND WINDOWS Note: a) The items of door frames, window frames shall include sealing the joints all round with the masonry work/ concrete and doors or windows with approved mastic filler cement grout/ epoxy compound/polysulphide compound or by any other means whatsoever, by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to make the joints watertight. b) The work contemplated under the item for supplying and fixing the window/door frames shall be got done by the contractor through specialised agencies in the field, approved by the Department. c) One sample each of the door frame, shutter and window with all fittings and fixtures along with locking arrangement including glass panes etc. complete as per schedule of quantities drawing and specifications should be submitted for preliminary inspection before procurement on large scale. The contractor shall submit six copies of shop drawings for windows, ventilators and steel door with frames showing dimensional details of construction etc. for approval of the Engineer-in-charge. After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed. Defects etc, if any shall be rectified to the full satisfaction of the Department and after obtaining formal approval in writing of Engineer in charge. d) Door frames, shutters and the windows to be supplied and fixed in position should cater the dimensional tolerance of the openings to an extent of (+/-) 2%. The rates quoted by the tenderers should hold good for such variation. Test shall be conducted by the Department for the flush doors as per IS-2202-1983 Part-I from each consignment and the cost incurred on this account shall be borne by the contractor. e) For bonding the flush doors, block boards, ply wood and all types of wood works, phenol- formal dehyde synthetic resin type adhesives conforming to IS-848-1957 shall be used. f) The rate shall include cost of making the doors & windows etc. in all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. g) Decorative veneer and lamination sheets if mentioned shall be hot pressed at factory during manufacturing of door shutters.

TOTAL OF PART : I-H : FITTING & FIXTURES:
PART - I-I : WATERPROOFING TREATMENT: a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section10 (iii) of Conditions and Clauses of Contract - 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification with in a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The Contractor shall keep the water tank filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the water proofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the Building/ flats, if found necessary by the Engineer in Charge. e) Wherever Cement motar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with waterproofing compound as per IS : 2645 :2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. Of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/ brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of Readymix mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of Ready mix mortar of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar using readymix C.M 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry & making pattern of 300x300mm square 3mm deep or suitable to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment wherever specified. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.
Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba using ready mix mortar over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm. for effective slope wherever required.
Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations up to the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., Kitchen and the like consisting of : i) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4. Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound `Impermo' of Snowcem or equivalent conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions. ii) IInd course of cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) using Ready Mix Mortar mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions, 20mm thick up to finished floor level and 15mm thick above finished floor level up to 600mm. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 Kg per sqm of area. iv) IV th course of 200 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm.)
Providing cement based water proofing treatment by 'Injection & Surface' method of the agency approved by the dept. cement based water proofing treatment of 50 mm. and 20mm. thick for the floor and walls respectively at terrace water tanks, finished perfectly smooth to correct line, level and plumb including preparing the existing surfaces, necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per waterproofing agency's specifications and testing water tank for the water tightness and rectification of defects, if any, to render the outer surface bone dry etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing China Mosaic water proofing overconcrete/plastered surface of horizontal,vertical, sloped/ curved surfaces, roundedvatas, sharp corners, junctions etc., using broken pieces of approved colour ceramic tile laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 screed mixed with approved waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, cost of all materials, labour, curing, breaking the tiles to the pieces of required size and shape, laying / fixing the tile pieces to the required line, slope, levels etc., providing extra screed as required for quick & easy flow of water, curing etc., at all heights including necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface initially with saw dust and finally with acid all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PART I - J : PLASTERING WORK : Note: a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams. e) Only Ready mix Mortar of approved make shall be used. For richer proportion additional cement to be added in required proportion.

Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of acrylic premium (plastic) emulsion paint of approved colour and make over a coat of approved cement/ Acrylic primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacturer and of approved colour and shade over a coat of acrylic based water repellent primer of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample and pattern including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. a) Over sand faced plaster and jalli Note:- Both sides of the jalli shall be measured for payment.
Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint of approved patern & make such as Berger/Dulux/Asian paints/Renova over plastered surface by applying one coat of synthetic plaster of thickness as per manufacturer’s specification by trowel/spray and as per approved design including finishing the sharp edges at corners, nitches, etc to perfect line, level, plumb and applying two coats finish of approved premium exterior emulsion paint (with PU and silicon technology) as per manufacturer’s recommendations and specification, of approved colour and shade, including all labour, materials, scaffolding, double height staging if required and surface preparation, in plane/curved/any geometric shaped surface, at all heights, leads, lifts and location as specified in the drawing all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of 100% eco – friendly Light weight calcium silicate inorganic modular Acoustical light weight grid ceilings at all heights having 15mm thick integral densified edges of Tegular/ board edged of Size 595x595MM of M/S Aerolite Industries Pvt.Ltd. Manufactured using Non cementitious Calcium silicate Binders reinforced with eco- friendly inorganic Fibres with Minimum eco-friendly recycled content of 50% (For Green Buildings). The ceiling Tiles should be free from Chemicals, asbestos having Zero VOC for better indoor Air Quality as per requirements of IGBC / Griha. The ceiling tile should be of approved texture, design and patterns like Spectra / Quadra Spintone / Cosmos / Globe / Hexa / Plain having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 to 0.75 (for semi perforated and fully perforated range of tiles), Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). False ceilings shall be Tested and classified to fire classification class of A1(Non – Combustible), S1(Zero Smoke), d0 and it should be Mandatorily 100% Non-combustible as per BS: 476 Part IV, Part VI for Non-Flame spread & Part VII for Non flame Propagation & also classified as Non ignitable and smoke developed of 0-5 onlyin accordance with ASTM-E84 as per requirements of UL 723/ NFPA 101 of international buildingsafety code. False ceilings must have 100% RH Property guaranteed for 10 years free replacement for sagging/warping and bending. Thermal conductivity of 0.043 W/m°KC to 0.050 W/m°KC as per IS 3346/1980 (High Thermal Insulation). 100% Antifungal, Antibacterial confirming to JIS-Z-2801 and ASTM- G-21 certified by NABL accredited labs. Providing & fixing in position GI chicken wire mesh (Hexagonal shape) of M/s Arpita Plaster mesh or approved equivalent, of 12mm size hole, 22 Gauge with necessary "U" hooks, clips or nails at all floors and levels, wherever required to prevent development of cracks in plaster surfaces, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge (Only area of chicken wire mesh provided shall be measured for payment).
Supplying, applying and placing swellable type water stop tape of size 19mm x 25mm thick of expansive nature for construction joints of RCC walls of water tank including cleaning the construction joints of loose mortar and dust, applying primer @ as per manufacturer's specification, unroll the water bar slowly and carefully on the joint without pulling and stretching it too much after the primer dries a little and became sticky and tying with the reinforcement bars as directed all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

PART : I-M : Demolition and Dismantling work Notes for dismantling works :- i) Before commencement of any demolition or dismantling work, inventories of all serviceable materials are to be accounted for along with departmental representatives. The contractor shall take joint measurements of the works to be dismantled and get approval from the Engineer in Charge. ii) Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all machinery, tools, plants, loading, unloading, stacking, etc. The serviceable materials shall be stored in the department store, except reuse materials and non-serviceable materials, debris, etc., which shall be disposed of outside of Campus by mechanical transport to the nearest dumping area as approved by statutory authority. iii) Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all machinery, tools, plants, loading, unloading, stacking, including scaffolding, etc. No extra claim under any circumstances shall be entertained. iv) After dismantling and demolition of the work, the relevant area shall be cleaned and kept free from any stacked/dumped material so that the new work can be taken without any obstruction. v) The rate for dismantling works shall include any thickness, size, and shape, at all levels and locations, along with plaster, tiles. Stone slab, dado, skirting, etc., cutting & straightening of reinforcement bars, etc. are complete. vi) The structural safety of the adjacent structure shall be ensured by the contractor while carrying out the dismantling works. vii) The dismantling work shall be started with the written permission of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Section-IV: Maintenance Free Earthing System
Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system & associated works, etc.complete as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C. NOTE:1) Measurement of Earth resistance must be carried out as per instructions of EIC. 2) All type of excavation shall be measured under relevant item no.of Miscellaneous item.
Providing and making earth station comprising of 17 mm dia 3m long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, UL listed, filling bore with suitable earth enhancement compound as per IEC 62561-7 & manufacturer's standard, surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & instructions of EIC. Note: The scope includes :- 1) Installation of earth rods including making pit/ drilling rock as per manufacturer's recommendations & design. 2) Exothermic welding of joints between earth electrode & GI / tinned Cu strip and between GI / tinned Cu strips,used for interconnection of earth electrodes. 3) Each earth electrode shall be provided with poly plastic inspection chamber with cover as per OEM standard.

LAN System : Supply, instalaltion, testing & commissioning of local area network system comprising of passive components like CAT-6 UTP or improved data cable, information oulet with RJ-45 connections , enclsoures for data outlets with faceplates concealed, patch panels, cable managers, LIU, OFC,splicing, 19" mounting racks , power panels in racks ,cooling fans in racks, flexible G.I pipe, PVC conduit HMS variety conforming to IS 9537 Part-III etc., complete with labeling/identification on the cable , outlets, patch panels etc. complete in all respect as required as per standards,drawings, specifications and instructions of E-I-C. Note : 1. LAN work shall be done by a specialised agency in the field. Credentials of the agency through which the bidder proposes to execute the LAN work to be submitted post W.O. 2. Evaluation of the proposed agency to execute the LAN work shall be carried out seperately by the Department. 3. Active components i.e switches etc are not in the scope of the agency and shall be executed by the users seperately. Agency shall extend full co-operation to theagency / users executing the balance work which is not inthe scope of this tender. 4. TERRACE PUMPS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motor driven Centrifugal End Suction Pump Set for fire fighting system of following capacity & head along with all accessories with CI casing, Stainless Steel shaft, standard fittings, bronze impeller, love joy coupling to the electrical driven TEFC, squirrel cage induction motor suitably rated, with synchronous speed not exceeding 3000 rpm, Class-F insulation, IP-55, rated to operate at 415 v +/- 10%, 50 Hz +/- 3%, 3 phase AC supply, including supply of MS common base plate frame and installing pump set on it alongwith suitable cement concrete foundation (design and drawing to be provided by contractor), foundation bolts, coupling guard, anti vibration pads and other accessories & connecting and jointing with suction & delivery piping with necessary reducers, enlargers, flanges etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. 2 WAY SIAMESE CONNECTIONS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Siamese connections having two numbers of 63 mm diameter G.M/SS inlet (instantaneous male coupling) along with one number 100 mm diameter C.I. double flange non return valve of rating PN 1.6 conforming to IS 5312 with G.M working parts, one number 50 mm dia G.M drain valve of class-2 conforming to IS 778 and fittings all connected to 100 mm diameter MS pipe with necessary fittings including blank caps, flanges and joints, welding etc. and supplying and fixing of inlet housing box made out of 14 gauge M.S Sheet with angle and frame of suitable size and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved primer over pipes and housing box and white enamel paint inside housing box complete in all respects as per specification and as instructed by E-I-C.
HOSE REEL WITH DRUM Providing & fixing rubber hose reel of 20 mm diameter x 37 m along with swinging drum along with high pressure braided rubber hose conforming to IS 884 including 8 mm diameter SS cut off nozzle on one end, wall mounting type, necessary brackets suitable for wall mounting, fixing on wet riser cum downcomer including connecting the other end to the wet riser cum downcomer by providing necessary connecting nipple/coupling, nuts, bolts etc. and providing & fixing 20 mm dia G.M. peet valve of approved make all complete including painting (the drum and brackets shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside) & as shown and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
HOSE CABINET Supply, installation & commissioning of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet metal hose cabinet of size 750x650x250 mm for accomodating 02 nos. of hose pipes (measured & paid seperately under relevent SOQ item) and SS-304 branch pipe with nozzle or hosy branch pipe with nozzle. The box shall have front glass door lock with angle iron frame. The hose pipe box shall be fixed with Hilti make Anchor Fastner on the wall or nut bolts (in case of stand in open space) as shown in the drawing and as directed by EIC. The MS box shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside. The scope also includes supplying of gun metal / stainless steel branch pipe of 63 mm dia. fitted with detachable hexagonal nozzle of 19 mm dia. conforming to IS : 903 or universal pattern as per IS : 2871. The branch pipe with detachable nozzle shall be placed in the hose cabinet complete in all respect as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
HOSE PIPE (For Hydrants, Landing Valve) Supply and installation of Unlined Flax Canvas (hose pipe) for fire fighting conforming to RRL fire hose type A or Synthetic Fibre Woven-Jacket (SFWJ) Elastomeric fire hose type B conforming to IS:636 all with ISI marks as required and of approved make and of 63 mm dia & 15 mtrs length, fitted with male and female SS coupling confirming to IS:903, ISI marks with guaranteed bursting pressure of 35.7 kg/sq.cm and complete as per the technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Each set shall comprise of 2 hose pipes.
PRESSURE GAUGES (Range of 0 - 10 Kg/cm2) Supply, installation testing and commisioning of pressure gauges of SS material with dial not less than 150 mm dia of appropriate range and complete in all respects with shut off gauge, cocks , all fittings etc, duly calibrated before installation in MKS and FPS units and duly tested after installation as per drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
AIR RELEASE VALVES Providing and fixing 20/25 mm dia. (PN - 1.6, Type-S1, Flanged, ISI marked) air release valve conforming to IS - 14845 : 2000 with Double Flange isolating valve (pressure rating PN 1.6) including making necessary flanged joints and providing all fitting materials nuts, bolts etc. and providing T on the pipeline for its installation at site all as per technical specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M.S. SUPPORTS/STRUCTURE Supply, cutting, fabrication, welding, erecting & fixing in position of M.S. support/structure (angle, channel, beam, plate, chequered plate etc.) for steps and other purpose (not applicable for items for which supports are already included in the item) including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved steel primer all as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material shall conform to IS-2062.
VALVE CHAMBERS Construction of brick masonary valve chambers made out of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade M-15 for foundation with 150 mm extended all round the walls, including providing and fixing suitable size staircase for landing inside the chamber. The staircase shall be fabricated out of 25 mm dia. M.S pipe and 6 mm thick M.S Sheet suitably painted with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. Racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement. Providing 6 mm thick Aluminum chequered plate in sectional construction with suitable lifting arrangement and painting. It shall be complete as per technical specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
Proividing & fixing of Dry Chemical Powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher(Mono ammonium Phosphate, 90 %) of 04 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted as per approved make fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket and conforming to IS 15683-2006. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing & fixing of, CO2 type fire extinguisher of 6.5 Kg capacity trolley mounted, highly effective against B & C class of fire, having ISI certification mark, having flat base including valve, discharge hose & complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS 15683:2006, wall suspension bracket as required & as per instructions of Engineer In Charge. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Fire Bucket Supply and placing of fire sand bucket filled with dry and clean sand to be kept on floor or wall hook confirming to IS 2546. The fire bucket shall be galvanized mild steel of 9 litres capacity. The bucket shall be provided and placed as per instruction of EIC.
Bucket Stand Providing floor mounting stand for keeping 2 Nos. of FIRE buckets of 1000mm in length, 900mm in height, frame made out of 30x30x4 mm M.S. angle, rectangular bottom frame with cross supports for legs, suitable G.I. pipe shall be welded on the top end of legs with 2 hooks on GI pipe for sand buckets along with a canopy on the stand and duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black paint all complete as per the given drawing, specifications or instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (E.I.C.)
Remote ON / OFF P.B. Station: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet, remote ON/OFF push button enclosure, with ON / OFF indication lamps, IP 42, wall mounting type, powder coated with RAL 7032 shade complete with internal wiring with 1.5 sq.mm copper PVC FRLS wires etc. Note: 1) ON - OFF indication lamps shall be heavy duty LED type, 240V, 50 Hz 2) PB station shall be lockable type to prevent unauthorize operation of booster pump.

PART IV- B : FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
Fire Alarm system (FAS) Design,supply,installation,testing & commissioning of analogue addressable type fire alarm system as per relevant Indian Standard specifications and conforming with relevant specifications of fire authorities of local Municipal Corporation, and as directed by E-I-C and consisting of the following: Note. 1) The work shall be carried out by licensed agency complying local State Fire safety statutes. 2)Scope includes submission of factory test report of detectors,break glass and hooters and main panel and final inspection at site. 3)Make of all the components of FAS shall be same. 4) The Panel shall be suitable for networking using open technologies such as TCP/IP, Rs 485,modbus.
Multisensor Detectors : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Intelligent addressable smoke detector unit working on multisensor detection technology with optical , heat detector sensor with inbuilt fault isolator complete with base as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Rate of Rise Heat Detectors (Thermal Detectors): Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Analog Addressable Heat Detectors with solid state design with sensing element combination of fixed type and rate of riseof temperature indicating LED, mounting base etc. as per detailed Specification.
Manual Call Point : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of dust and vermin proof Addressable Manual Call Point, break glass/pull station (square type/round type suitable for wall mounting surface/concealed) having painted/ engraved/ embossed as “IN CASE OF FIRE,BREAK GLASS” on it, small hammer fixed with chain (incase of break glass), painting and other accessories as required. complete as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Loop powered Sounder with Strobe Light: Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Wall Mounting Alarm Intelligent loop powered sounder complete as per specifications and as required & as per instructions of EIC.
Response Indicator : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Response indicator consisting of aluminium casting enclosure & steady glowing 2 nos.red indicator (LED) and cover plate shall be screen printed as "FIRE". The unit shall be suitable for connecting in parallel to the multisensor & wall mounting type with provision of 25mm dia conduit entries ,painting & other materials as complete as per specifications & of E-I-C.
Fire Alarm Panel : Design,supply,installation,testing & commissioning of Analogue addressable microprocessor controlled Fire Alarm Control Panels, capable of being IP networked to the central monitoring System connecting through optical Fiber cable network to monitor and integrate above quantity of accessories like detectors, MCP's/loop power sounder/control modules, Fault Isolation Modules, Loop powered hooters, response indicators, fire/fault indicators,audio-visual signals, central processing units, complete with LED visual indicators, alpha-numeric display and audible alarm both for fire & fault, mains ON indication,test & reset provisions. Each loop should provided with minimum 125 detectors /devices. The panel shall include integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells (max 24V) with appropriate AH capacity, as per IS requirement with integral battery charger, wire way box , if required ,front openable lockable cover with front glass etc. complete as required and as per specification & instructions of EIC. Note: If charger & battery-capacities provided in redymade panel are not meeting operation requirement as per IS2189 then charger & batteries shall be provided separately including wiring at no extra cost.

Wiring for Fire Alarm System : Wiring with 2 nos. 1.5 sqmm FRLS-PVC insulated Shielded twisted pair copper cable/wires in 25mm dia concealed/surface MS/PVC conduit (HMS variety)including cost of cutting and filling chases for concealed conduit/ cost of saddles etc. for surface conduit as required and including the cost of crimped termination’s as required, complete as per instructions of E-I-C.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 8 zone digital System Controller complete in 19'' Rack mountable Dual tone, integration with existing Fire alarm system,control for Speech & Music, tone generator & Speech Processor with relays for activating tone & pre-recorded fire alarm messages etc as specified in the Tender Specifications Note: scope also includes interconnection of above FA panel with PA controller including testing & commissioning of interface of integrated FA-PA system

Digital Power Amplifier : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of 19'' rack mounted class-D Power Amplifier with on board DSP power for local signal processing, Switched mode power supply, Local audio inputs, Mains and battery operation and supervision, complete with following types and as per instructions of EIC.The amplifier shall be mounted in existing LAN rack.

Call Station : Basic Call Station with Power 'ON' indication, status/fault indications, priority level of destination is higher than that of the pending announcement indication, Supervision of microphone capsule and with built in On board DSP powerfor local audio processing. The call station basic can make manual or prerecorded announcements to any pre-assigned zones. The call station shall be provided with18" gooseneck type microphone. The call station shall be fully supervised and must supports fail safe operation. Even if the network controller fails, the call station shall be able to put through emergency calls and as specified in the tender specifications and as per instructions of EIC.
PA system cabling: Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of 2 core twin twisted 48/0.2 ATC, multi stranded, overall PVC insulated and armoured cable (Blue colour) in existing PVC mini trunking, proper dressing of cables and including the cost of termination’s as required, complete as per instructions of E-I-C. The cost of mounting base boxes & the cost of providing cable glands etc shall be included in the scope of work.
Supply & installation of DVD player with USB support , in-built compressor & limiter as per instruction of EIC.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 kVA double conversion (online) rack mountable UPS with single phase input and single phase output configuration with min. 15 minutes battery backup at 100% load using inbuilt sealed maintenance free batteries, flexible chord with plug in existing network rack as per instructions of EIC.
