Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Trimming/Cutting/felling of branches of tree of any height spreading over or growing on compound wall/ Bldg. including making necessary safety arrangement and disposing the waste material to place s where disposal of such material is permitted by local governing body etc coplete as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing repairing to existing boundary wall M.S. gate by taking out gate of each pannel , straightening, cutting, repairing then refixing each pannel by cutting hole size 300x200x300mm in RCC column and embedding with cc 1:3:6 ( 1cement:3c/sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm n/s) as per direction of E.I.C ( Cost of M.S. section to be paid in basic item ).
