Execution for RPWS to 63 villages under Lanjigarh block including 05 year OM on Turnkey basis

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, etc for construction of RCC Roof building, Pump House and construction of Compound wall for Pump House at IW/OGR/ESR site and Laying of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as DI-K7, HDPE, ASTM, G.I pipe lines etc along with required fittigs & specials and construction of valve chamber, public stand post, 100% individual house hold connection , storage tank for AWC / Schools / GP Office, installation of submersible pump with motor in Intake well / OGR etc. (including supply of stand by pump motor), internal wiring of Pump house & installation of required KVA Servo / Kirlskar / ISI make automatic air cooled (Copper) Voltage Stabilizer etc. all complete & as per supplied Drawing in Section-7 and detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mentioned in Section-5 for the following 63 no. of villages under LANJIGARH Block. All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineer in Charge . All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m and residual chlorine of 0.2mg / ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS system 1. Supplying of all labour,T&P, material for soil testing , supply of design & drawing , construction, erection, testing & commissioning etc. of different capacity RCC elevated storage reservoir with required staging height of 15.00 mtr consisting of Column / shaft wall type structure as required using M25 and spherical dome using R.C.C M-30 , 150 mm and 100 mm dia ISI marked CI sluice valve, with brick masonary valve chambers as per approved drawing, supplying, fitting & fixing of 150 mm & 100 mm dia medium grade GI Column pipe confirming to IS 1239 (P-1) 2004, IS 1978 and IS 3598 of required length with required specials from UGR to ESR & ESR to distribution system including DI / GI in-let, out-let, over flow & washing line ( double flanged DI/GI column pipe) of ESR, RCC landings with 40 mm size GI/SS hand rail around dome and landing etc. and GI ladder up to top and outside the ESR and GI ladder inside the ESR, lightening arrester confirming to IS specification, water level indicator,150 mm 100 mm dia CI puddle collar, 0.60 m dia CI manhole cover at dome , RCC vent with SS/brass jally etc. all complete and as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge. All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN. The contractor shall Operate & Maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department .
