Providing/Outsourcing of Graduate Engineers /Diploma Engineers (Civil) for Bengaluru East City Corporation

Tenderer shall have their registered/ corporate office/ regional office and business Establishment, and shall hold valid, current registrations under the Labour Department, PAN, GST and Professional Tax

The Tenderer should be an Agency with more than Providing at least50 Nos. Engineers with fully operational facility and experience in executing similar projects in the area of Central/State Government / PSU/ULBS service with the annual value of a single largest relevant contract should be not less than Rs.219.00 lakhs (annualized value, excluding GST, as certified by the client/competent authority where the contract period exceeds one year, the annualized value shall be determined based on the contract value and contract period) in the preceding 5 years

Tenderer has minimum Five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 experience service personnel called in this tender). The Tenderer should be a Agency with more than Providing 50 Nos. Engineers with fully operational facility and experience in executing similar projects in the area of providing/outsourcing/deployment of engineers or technical manpower to Central/State Government / PSU/ULBS or other public-sector organizations. The annual value of a single largest relevant contract should be not less than Rs.219.00 lakh per annum on a daily operation in past 5 years Maximum number of engineers deployed under one contract

Relevant manpower outsourcing experience, including value of contracts handled, evaluated as under ( for years of relevant experience to Central/State Government, PSU or ULB, plus for value of the single largest relevant contract above the Rs.219.00 lakh eligibility threshold graduated scales

Government/ULB/PSU experience: relevant manpower-outsourcing experience specifically to Central/State Government departments, PSUs or ULBs Government/ULB/PSU experience

Organizational capacity/manpower management system, including ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification where held

Achieved in at least two of the preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) average annual financial turnover of Rs.438.00 lakh (CA Certified Annual Turnover Certificate to be attached)

Average annual turnover, in the two financial years used to establish eligibility, in excess of the Rs.438.00 lakh minimum threshold (Average annual turnover above minimum requirement

Statutory compliance track record: timely filing of Income Tax, GST/ST and PT returns for the past 3 years i.e., for 2023-24 to 2025-26
