Excavation in foundation,trenches etc.(for pipes and pits)up to all depths in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting and chiselling soft / hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft/hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidatiing each deposited layer by remainig and watering and then deposin of all surplus excavated earth as direected by the Enginner-in -charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved qualityin foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:- Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:- Suspended floors, roofs landings and shelves and their supports balconies beams girders. bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Providing & laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete indluding the cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of Brick/Concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arries, internal rounded angels, chmfers and /or rounded angles not exeeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement morter 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 course sand :4 graded stone aggregete) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate in all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing in horizontal layer filter media duly graded screened washed and cleared as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts. Bottom Layer- Broken stone screaned, washed and graded for 50 mm to 75 mm from approved quarry in all leads and lifts.
