Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 (Except Bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface in two layers (10+5) of walls, of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer incl preperation of new surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel, RCC) embedded in any surfaces (natural, concrete, masonary etc.) and of any description, any section, taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and uprooting of unwanted vegetation and tree roots on ground surfaces by digging safely and making good the surfaces by filling the earth and leveling the disturbed surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using (40 mm gaded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed mild steel, rolled sections (channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in post or struts in fencing , etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts and bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed mild steel square / rectaguler section as in ladder, step railing for framing for cladding, glazing and like fixed with angle cleat and connecting plates, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-410 (Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at equal spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including taking down old existing barbed wire etc complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for providing 25mm thick (measured solid), precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, with 1:2:4 mix, type B-0 including all mouldings, set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting 2 mm thick with coach screw and washer as in wall cladding including dismantiling old unsv sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 1.00 mm thick Mild steel, plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work as in doors, gates purlin and posts etc including cleats & plate but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel framed work as in doors/ gates or other section with gusset lates,rails, braces, grills, pintal etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc. conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable wdn stairs including hand rails, baluster, newal, hand rails etc upto 4.0 m length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for stair (frames ) including stringers, treads, landing, baluster hand rails etc including cleats etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in slab covers of manholes/drain including necessary form work and placing of cover in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars, 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing factory made Precast Cement Concrete kerb stone, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - (i) The minimum size of Kerb stone shall be 300mmx300mmx10mm and shall be embedded in the ground average 10cm deep. (ii) The quoted rates includes embedding kerb stone and temping ground around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil, etc.

Material and labour for 20mm thick black granite stone slab of any type, machine cut and machine polished, and moulded in vertical surface as in steps, jambs, pillar and simillar location over and including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and jointed with grey cement slurry including taking down of old unsv tiles or granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing/path/floor, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mt centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: - (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing the concrete in alternate bays not exceeding 3 Mtrs length,12 mm wide. (ii) 50 mm deep joints between the bays shall be provided which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 grade and 1:2 mix volume.

Material and labour for precast RCC pipe 450mm bore class NP-2 with one collan per length of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5 Kilometre and not exceeding 5.00 Kilometre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for routine maintenance of rolling shutter area of shutter n exc 10.00 sqm each(Max ht. 3.50 M): - (a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing the same (b) Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels, lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc. (c) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site.

Material and labour for preparation existing black top surfaces, removing dust, dirt, grease and other forgen matter etc to receive the making and applying thermoplastic road marking paint (white / yellow) inclusive type-I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.00mm and 10cm wide and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type-II @ 250 gms per Sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35, with traffic diversion arrangements if required complete as per MORT&H specification complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - The road marking machine shall be approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work as in ornamental gates or other section with gusset lates,rails, braces, grills, pintal etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc. conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), and incl dismantling of old unsv gates /door complete all as specified and directed and directed.

Supply, fixing and errecteing in position in repairs steel rolling shutters with thickness of laths 1.25 mm , push pull or manual type with out ball bearing including top cover, bottom plate,anchoring rod, hasp and staple, mild steel handle including applying one shop coat of red oxide primer, erected in position complete all as directed. NOTE: - Net area of opening shall be measured for purpose of payment.
