SPL REPAIR IN REPLACEMENT OF LT OVERHEAD LINE TO UNDERGROUND CABLE WITH ALLIED CONNECTED WORK AT AGE CHARDUAR UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' in trenches for cable protection of U/G cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Taking out the existing ACSR Conductor /PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable of any size and any type in trenches/ walls/ overhead lione (or) passing through pipes/in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items:-

Laying only the under ground cable any type obtained from Items No -06 above in trench/wall/floor etc are connecting with suitable cable lugs/sleevs etc and size 25 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

Laying only the under ground cable any type obtained from Items No -06 above in trench/wall/floor etc are connecting with suitable cable lugs/sleevs etc and size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

Laying only the under ground cable any type obtained from Items No -06 above in trench/wall/floor etc are connecting with suitable cable lugs/sleevs etc and size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

Laying only the under ground cable any type obtained from Items No -06 above in trench/wall/floor etc are connecting with suitable cable lugs/sleevs etc and size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

Supply and jointing straight replacement of through heat shrink joint kit for PVC/XLPE LT UG cable for 150 to 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and jointing straight replacement of through heat shrink joint kit for PVC/XLPE LT UG cable for 240 to 300 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repairs Galvanised mild steel tubing, 'Light grade' of 50mm bore complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain , paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washerws complete all as specified (Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measrued and paid separately)

S&F in repairs Galvanised mild steel tubing, 'Light grade' of 80mm bore complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain , paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washerws complete all as specified (Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measrued and paid separately)

S&F in repairs Galvanised mild steel tubing, 'Light grade' of 100mm bore complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain , paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washerws complete

M&L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from steel tubular poles (above the planting depth and PCC copings of 11.0 Metre length Pole) and mild steel cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets, etc. and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, alternate yellow & black strips painting (4 Nos. each strip 200 mm wide) and remaining portion of pole and cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets, etc. treated with two coats of Aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & erecting in replacement of steel tubular swaged pole type 410-SP-22 (9.0 Metre long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, nuts, screws, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block and coping, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, painting of exposed surafaces of steel tubular poles with two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint including excavation and PCC work complete.

Re Fixing for Steel tubular swaged poles any type and any size after taking dwon with proper shut dwon without damage for pole any location within 100 mts complete including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, nuts, screws, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block and coping, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, painting of exposed surafaces of steel tubular poles with two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 250 mm X 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Road cutting for passing through pipes/in floors connecting up testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated armoured LT UG electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100V grade with suitable GI pipe medium grade.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI earthing strip 25x4 mm with nut and bolts comoplete including taking down old one all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI Strip ISI marked of size 32 x6 mm complete with nuts, bolts and washers,buried in ground including excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of cubical housing cabinet type LT feeder pillar of outdoor type, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA (Cold Rolled Cold Annealed) MS Sheet, Powder coated, CPRI approved having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos) , earthing strips at rear side , bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts , spring and washers.Necessary foundation work as per manufacturer instraction including foundation and including taking down the old panel required at site and comprising following:- Incoming (a) S&F for Electrolytic grade high conductivity solid 4 Nos Alu bus bars, rated 800 amps supported at required intervals sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleevings. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal groungnd level) with top edgee of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part I connected to machanery/equipments installed power house/sub station all as specified including testing on completion.
