Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying (a) After surface preparation first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm. mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) Laying second layer of fiber glass cloth when the first layer still green overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) Third layer of 1.15 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm. mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg / sqm. and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg / sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours for followed by water curing for 48 Hrs. entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm. on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) Fourth and final layer of brick pilling with cement mortar which will be paid for seperately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Regrading terracing mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster, gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tile or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumpling ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction or Engineer-in-Charge.

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight or cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska: with F.P.S. brick tiles.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate as wall as fine aggregate derived from natural sources and cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete
