(a) Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity on OEM firm M/s. MEDHA SERVO DRIVES PRIVATE LIMITED - HYDERABAD or its authorized dealer/distributor for this item. Authorize Dealer/Distributor of OEM firm has to upload tender specific authorization along with offer failing which their offer(s) will be summarily rejected without any back reference. However, offer of other firms in exceptional case may be considered for placement of Developmental/educational order if their product, past performance any found technically commercially suitable by the Rly. For this purpose they have attached documentary evidence of performance & technical literature of the product granted by them.

UNLOADING of MATERIALS REMARKS: Supply and unloading of materials to be arranged by firm.

"Bidder to quote with Tender specific authorization as per Railway Board Guidelines directly from OEM and the Purchaser shall confirm the genuineness of OEM Authorization".
