Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness and removing rubbish off from the premises of MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete n.exc 15cm thick (below or above) ground level and removing rubbish off from the premises of MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in landings, perforated cover slabs (for man holes, drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for hardcore of stone boulder of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in floors/pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded crushed granite aggregate) as in coping etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying tile etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick ,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling for cushion bed below interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, jointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.18 above but expect blocks. (Note: Serviceable machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block will be obtained from Item No. 1.16 above.)

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in CM 1:6 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering's, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-each line wire to be measured)

Supply & fixing for 4 mm dia chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size100 x 100 mm and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirm to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting ,include welding or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and also including to taking out old posts from concrete or earth, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new surface of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
