Takingout pump set along with column pipe flanged 100 mm bore with 2 nos submersible cable from bore hole of tube well with the help of chain pulley block or tripod located in different location by dismantling nut bolts and rubber gaskets and lowering down the same by refixing nuts, bolts and new rubber gaskets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking out the pumpset and transportation for repairing motor pump set to workshop, taking out burnt winding wire from submersible motor of capacity 50 HP 3 phase ,rewinding with suitable size of PVC coated copper winding wire including replacement of burnts bushes complete including all insulation material and transportation back to site and fixing the same, testing and commissiong complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge : Note: (i) Any fault such as short circuit, earth fault, burning of submersible cable due to unbalance load or any other reason occur in the motor after repair during the currency of contract will be bear by the contractor and rates are deemed to be included in the item for rectification of the fault. (ii) Spares for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items

Supply, lowering, jointing, against replacement of unserviceable GI pipe heavy duty 100mm internal dia 3 mtr long with both ends threaded and fitted with heavy duty MS flanges 14mm thick, two Nos groves for submersible cable continuous welded and drilled 4 Nos hole, complete as column pipe including jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour in replacement of rotor for submersible motor of capacity 40 HP to 50 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour in replacement of stator for submersible motor of capacity 40 HP to 50 HP complete set with all connected items all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour in replacement fully automatic star-delta starter for submersible pump set of capacity 50 HP , 415 V , with relay range 45-75 amps with single phase preventer 50 Hz 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L taking out the broken submersible pump set of capacity 40 HP and deposit in store yard and supply and fixing of submersible pump with motor three phase 415 volts capacity 40 HP having 130-50 mtr head 600-1800 lpm discharge 8 staging, outlet delivery size 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and fix Cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS, PN rating 1.6, conforming to IS :14846 with all new rubber gaskets of suitable size, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Description all as per srl item No 34.00 above but of size 100 mm dia.

M& L in replacement of the unserviceable contactor 3 pole of AC3 rating upto 100 Amp or as per existing rating and 220 V/415V coil rating complete with all new wiring including thimbles and lugs,nuts and screws all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement of worn out / defective thermal overload relay with range 45-75 Amps 415 V, 50 Hz with all new wiring including lugs and thimbles if required ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of worn out / defective single phase preventor suitable upto 50 HP star- delta starter 415 V, 50 Hz,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Nut-bolts of existing sizes for column pipes and pumpsets.

M&L in replacement of Rubber Packings of 100 mm bore sizes.

Repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking apart and reassembling of size 80 to 150mm bore size all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing including replacement of spindle, check nut complete assembly and make serviceable of size 80 to 150mm bore size all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of PVC float valve 20mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nut and with one GI socket 20mm and conncetd items complete iall as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and repair to water supply services of leakage blockage for GI pipe line of 15mm to 80mm dia including dewatering and necessary excavation returning / filling or cutting, chasing and making of disturbed surfaces as per existing surface and replacing worn out GI pipe max upto 2 mtrs long including cutting threading and replacement of requisite fittings as socket, union, tees, long screwes nipple, hexa nipple , reducer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 300 dia size including dewatering and necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at pump houses and boosters and rectify the same, rates are also included for replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with insulating tape, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of 250 Rs per day will be imposed.

Decoupling of horizontal split casing type centrifugal pump of capacity upto 50 HP from electric motor, dismantling from the foundation and shifting to local workshop approved by Accepting Officer for opening the pumps for checking and rectification of defects by welding/threading/cutting/ of upper half & Lower half casing with suction and discharge flanged of existing size of pump and its studs, nut, bolts, washers, cylindrical pin and gasket and all required or connected items for same and replacing defective parts which shall be measured and paid separately as supply only herein after including transporting back and refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Contractor shall deposit all the replaced parts to the MES store.

M&L in replacement of MCCB 4P , 25 KA breaking capacity, 160 Amp, 50 Hz adjustable upto 80% of load thermal and magnectic type with thimbles and nut-bolts, spreaders terminals and rubber seperators complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No 50.00 above but of size 200A.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of OHTs, Tubewells/Boosters and installations area and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removal of vegetation and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified. Note- Roundup chemical will be provided by the contractor.

Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or under the over head tank/road cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path,paving etc finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade of size 50mm with necessary exacavtion and fitting required as in protection pipe for cable to pass under road, trench to the panels by taking down the cable connection properly and making the surface good after laying the pipe and reconnecting the electric connections complete.

Supply and installation in replacement gaseous type gravity feed chlorinator of capacity upto 2 KG/hour chemical grade panel board 6 mm thick 2' X4', mounted consisting of flow meter, PVC primary filter, safety guage , teflon pipe upto 5RM, U-bend, secondary filter with NRV, gas bend with glass NRV, water chlorine mixing chamber water TEE along with inlet and outlet valve solutioniser water bend complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sathya Sai or other makes as approved by E-in-C/CE WC. Note: MS angle of suitable size will be measured in kgs and paid separately.

M&L brick masonary valve pit of size 900 x 900 x 900mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet cover, with 35x35x6 mm stiffner welded diagonally on angle iron frame cover of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame and locking arrangements incl two coats of first grade synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces, earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently with welding, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410W(GdeE-250) quality B against worn out channel, angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Impeller as per existing of horizontal split casing type centrifugal pump of capacity upto 50 HP.
