Material and labour for structural steel work in tubular roof trusses, purlins, bracings, and runners, at all heights and levels, using Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) or induction butt-welded steel tubes conforming to IS 1161 (Grade YSt 240), comprising: cutting, mitring, flattening tube ends, bending to template; fabricating joints with gusset plates, bent plates, and special shaped curved washers; electric arc welding conforming to IS 816 and IS 9595; hoisting, aligning, and bolting/anchoring in position to columns/pedestals; applying one shop coat of red oxide zinc phosphate primer (IS 12744), complete all as specified. (Note: Hot-finished welded and electric resistance welded [ERW] structural steel tubes shall conform to IS 1161 [Grade YSt 240], gusset plates and brackets to IS 2062 [Grade E250 Fe 410W], structural welding to IS 816 and IS 9595, covered electrodes to IS 814, design and construction practice in tubular steel to IS 806, and red oxide zinc phosphate primer to IS 12744. Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6 nominal mix using 40 mm nominal gauge graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floors, underbeds, pavings, and footings, at all heights and levels, comprising: preparing, dressing, and watering underlying sub-grade or hardcore; machine-mixing concrete; laying, spreading, and consolidating with plate or screed vibrators to required levels, slopes, and falls; finishing surface rough or smooth to receive subsequent finishes; forming construction joints and panels; curing with wet gunny bags or ponding for minimum 14 days, complete all as specified. (Note: Rates include sub-grade dressing, formwork/shuttering stop-ends, panel dividers, machine mixing, laying, mechanical compaction, floating, 14 days of continuous wet water curing, and cleaning up.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

Material and labour for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory-made rubber-moulded interlocking precast cement concrete paver blocks of M-35 grade of approved shape, size, colour, and pattern, conforming to IS 15658, comprising: preparing sub-base; screeding 50 mm compacted bed of coarse sand (Zone-II per IS 383); laying vibratory-compacted grey cement paver blocks incorporated with approved synthetic iron oxide pigments; edge-cutting paver blocks to required profile using mechanical cutters; compacting and embedding pavers into sand cushion using plate compactor; broom-filling joints with fine sand and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified.
