Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all subsequent expenditure occured on carrying out repair work at various sites/locations irrespective of floor levels)

M&L for One side leg of Almirah steel Large/small/1/2 hanging x 1/2 shelves, left or right, 70 mm wide and 100 mm high, open ends bent outwards upto 15 mm, MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick, welding the channel to bottom of almirah at 50 mm from the side of almirah including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green/smoke grey colour complete all as specified and directed ((FD-1031/1032/1033/350/351).

M&L for 3 way locking device as per Godrej pattern, fully operational with the existing handle duly painted all as specified and as directed. (FD-1031/1032/1033/350/351)

M&L Steel cup board lock, 50 mm size, 6 lever with stainless steel keys in duplicate as per Godrej pattern all as specified and as directed (FD-1031/1032/1033/350/351)

M & L preparation of old treated steel surfaces of Locker bed side and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint smoke grey / olive green colour complete all as specified. FD-127(M)/257/1029

M&L for replacing old broken left or right side frame including the side front /rear leg portions and the top handle portion of Chair Verandah, with new 20 mm dia 16 Gaze steel conduit pipe of 1 mtr each shall be measured, duly welded to the seat frame and also to the 10mm dia MS rod in front. Replaced conduit frame to be given 2 coats of synthetic enemel paint (white colour) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete to match with existing color all as specified and as directed. M & L for Canning chair verandah with new plastic cane of size 3.0x0.60mm cane including taking out old/damaged plastic cane from chair verandah and cleaning the entire surface complete all as specified and directed (FD-256)

S&F new PVC shoes to bottom of legs of Chair verandah all as specified in drg and as directed (FD-256)
