Material and Labour for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened or graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and n exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Retrieved materials are not reusable and should be disposed off at low lying area.

Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam/ WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat using water based bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 3 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat using water based bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen any penetration) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by Mechanical Pavers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fix water proof, energy saving and environmentally friendly road stud of size 125x125x25mm (Shank 600mm) with solid aluminum alloy shell powered by solar cells and panels, ideal signal products for highways, parking lots, roads and similar isolated or stand-alone traffic applications and fixed wit epoxy hardener adhesive of the following sepcifications:- (i) Construction : Aluminum-alloy shell, 100% water proof design according to lP65. (ii) High Effeciency Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel 2.4 V/0.3 Watt. (iii) One Ni-Mh or NI-cd Rechargeble Battery (1.2V/1600 MA) (iv) Six Super Bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Millicandela). (v) Colour :- Yellow, Red, Blue, Green and White. (vi) Working time-50 to 60 hours successively after the battery is fully charged. (vii) Charging time:- five to six hours/day from direct sun light. (viii) Brightness sensitive auto-switch, automatically turns on at night and turn off at dawn. (Make :- DARK EYE, Model:-DA-110 (DHRUV) or other equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply and Fix of 3M USA brand makers series 290 (cat eyes), body made polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatics retro reflective lense on both side for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions with 3M bitumen adhesive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for road line painting 100 mm wide with golden yellow /white thermoplastic compound with reflective glass beads on bitumen road, providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflective glass beads @250 gram per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 including cleaning of old road marking paints, the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes in addition where arrows/ letters are to be provided thermoplastic compound may be machine sprayed. The colour of compound shall be all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
