TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK IN ZONE A AREA AT INS VALSURA, JAMNAGAR

To perform Term Contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendments No. 1 to 3 and SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates) together with amendments No. 1 to 122 and New Section 30 and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance of tender. Notes :- (i) The Contractor shall fill the percentage intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above / below the SSR. (ii) If Schedule rates are offered At Par with MES Schedule ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box. (iii) The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-below shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.
