Hacking of CC Roof area for water proofing including cleaning of surface etc complete including all Tools & Plants & as per Instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying china mosaic flooring on terrace using broken pieces of full white/colour glazed tiles laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar (in 1:4-1 cement:4 coarse sand)with water proofing compound on plain or curved,slope surface to be tampered to bring mortar cement cream up to surface with using white cement for filling of joints roughening of china mosaic is done after cleaning,preparing remove loose plaster with wire brush and water and all visible crakes a routed out/making V-Shape grooveand then filled with cement and water proofing chemical with cement slurry including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Centering and shuttering (with shuttering oil)including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work for Plinth protection and Road including supply of all materials( binding wire,nails),labours,tools & plants,transportation,(lead& lift)scaffolding and all other charges etc.complete as per Instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath,parks,lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc,of required strength,thickness & size/shape,made by table vibratory method using PU mould,laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as er required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in excavation( (Hydraulic excavator/manual means ) in trenches for foundation in all type of soils including compaction & back filling and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 500m all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all Labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.All kind of soil not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan etc. complete as per instruction 0f Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying base P.C.C in CC 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4coarse river sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal down size) for concrete work (excluding shuttering) including mixing,laying,compacting,levelling,curing etc.,all as per standard specification and as required,including cost of all materials,tools & plants,labours,lead & lifts and all other charges etc complete.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete(approved size) in kerbs ,edgings etc as per approved pattern,size and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering,shuttering ,mixing,laying,compacting,finishing,levelling,curing etc., all as per standard specification and as required, including cost of all materials,tools,plants,labours,lead & lift and all other charges etc complete as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved 1 rst quality Berger/Asian brand over a coat of primer at Kerb Stone to give an even shade including throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt,dust ,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc., including cost of all materials,labours,brushes,transportation and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying One or more coats of weather coat Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved brand & colour of top quality (BERGER(Anti dust)/ASIAN(Apex Ultima)) on existing wall surface at all heights of staff Qtrs to give an even shade ,all as per standard specification and as directed including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps ,loose paint and other foreign matter including the cost of all labour,materials,scafolding,tools & plants,transporttion (including lead & lift) etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
