Demolition, brickwork or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar and removing from the premises .

Demolition, cement concrete floors (other than ground floors Unreinforced) and removing from the premises .

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section (Unframed ) in any position

Dismantling of timber scantlings under 40 sq. cm in section (Unframed ) in any position

Dismantling of Asbestos cement ( Corrugated, Semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings. Separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable ; stacking the serviceable materials within 100 m and disposal of unserviceable materials ,debris and rubbish to a distance n. exc 100 m as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including Vally Gutter

Dismantling mild steel .

Dismantling of ceiling boards (fiber,pulp etc) any thickness including cover fillets.

Brickwork with subclass 'B' straigh or curved on plane exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4,

Providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 ( M-20, 20 mm graded aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc. Including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & Rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, Cement mortar 1:4

S & F Mild steel purlins of Fe-290 -W (Gde-E-165) connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including nut bolts.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi - corrugated profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L-TYPE or J-type as specified IS 1 5965 approved & marked . with latest marking declared by the manufacturer. Make : TATA, JINDAL, JSW or equivalent

S & F Pre -painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L- type or J-type hook bolts as specified. IS 15965 approved & marked. With latest marking declared by the manufacturer. Make : TATA, JINDAL, JSW or equivalent

S & F .80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in , valley gutters, (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 . Make : TATA, JINDAL, JSW or equivalent

S &F , wrought timber of second class hard - wood (bija sal/ kasai) fixed in scantling.

S & F Mild Steel flat iron fillets wind ties for roof including securing bolts; including all necessary drilling, bolting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

Removing building materials etc. (Asbestos Cement Sheets ) ) to a distance of 700m , beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

S& F, Mild steel rag or lewis bolts 12mm dia screwed one end or both end with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, length of bolts exc 15cm long and n exc. 30 cm long.

M & L 6 mm thick Asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber or GI framework with screws in ceiling repair .

M&L Plain fillets. 2nd Class hardwood exc 13 sq.cm but n exc. 25 sqcm square, rectangular or triangular in section, cleansawn secured with nails or brads.M&L

Drilling Holes round, drilled or cut in Hard wood ( Diametre of hole n .exc. 15mm)

M & L Preparation of new or Previously Untreated Steel & Iron surface of any description n.exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide.

M & L Preparation of Previously Untreated Steel & Iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide.

M & L Preparation of old wood and wood based surface s of any description not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and painting with two coat of Black bituminous paint.

M & L Preparation and Applying of two coat of exterior /interior emulsion paint over one coat of primer on wall , concrete including surface preparation plastered or unplastered surface complete removal of existing treatment during surface praparation ( Make and colour will be approved by EIC during execution of work)
