Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. Layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth all kinds of soil within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand :12 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Random Rubble masonry /polygonal rubble un-coursed /brought two coat with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) in plinth level/super structure including all leads and lifts

Boulder filling under floor as Per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Beams, cantilever girfder and lintels sides and siffits of beams beam haunchings cantilever girder bressummers and litels not exceeding 1 mtr in depth

Slopping of battering surfaces including filded oplates where inclination to horizontal plane does not exceed 30*

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspened floors roofs landings the like floors etc 200 mm in thickness.

Edges of slabe and breaks in floors & walls under 20 cm wide.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement concrete work in : Suspended floors , roofs , landing and shelves and teir supports balconies, beams, girders, bressummers and cantilevers up to two floor level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i /c binding wire complete up to floor two level complete in all respectas per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Brick work using comman burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement motor 1:4 (1cement:4 sand) as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors and windows and clearestory windows complete in all respect 2nd class eodar wood.

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors wondows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron buttings with necessary screws 40 mm thick ( 2nd class Deodar wood)

Providing & fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc.with M.S. flats, square or round barswith round headedbolts and nuts by screws plain grills. complete with in all lead & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone agg 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished black with a floating coat of neat cement 40 mm thick.

6 mm cement plaster to ceilling in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand)

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Flushing pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand)

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting. ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink. as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Painting two coats ( Excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign sand papering and stopping:- ready mixed paint other than white as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and fixing 300 x 16 mm mild steel sliding door bolts.

Providing and fixing anodised MS tower bolt ( barrel type ) with necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing oxidized MS Handle with necessary screw etc complete

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone agg 20 mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth.

Providing undrr layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick ( undecorated) bed of dry brick/stone agg 40 mm nominal size) well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Half brick masonary in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand).
