Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M&L for Excavation over area n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consoliding formation Surface in cutting by 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density, consolidating to required gradient and camber with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix macadam, laid in two layers of 75mm each layer spread rolled and grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1OO KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed Note:- The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying evenly a prming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm with using paving bitumen og grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only. (iii) Prior the execution of work started the Design mix of bituminous permix asphaltic semi dense concrete should be provide by the contractor from any Governement Engineering College or approved NABL lab and also need an approval for the hot mix plant from AGE (I) before prior execution of work.

M&L for bituminous permix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm (consolidated average thickness) with 5.5% binder content by (paving bitumen VG-30) weight of total mix rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Premix bituminous asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be obtained from hot mix plant transported from plant to work site and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver only. (ii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item, if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs. 45/ per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in Sch 'A' (iii) Prior the execution of work started the Design mix of bituminous permix asphaltic semi dense concrete should be provide by the contractor from any Governement Engineering College or approved NABL lab and also need an approval for the hot mix plant from AGE (I) before prior execution of work.
