Painting the transformers in 110KV yard, Panel bords and substation building etc in Ph-1 area FACT CD, Ambalamedu.

Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions.

Painting one priming coat on new/old iron work at all heights with approved quality zinc chromate yellow metal primer of approved brand & quality at all heights after cleaning the surface well by scrapping, chiseling, rubbing with emery paper etc.including cost of all paint and materials, labour, scaffolding charges, cleaning the site etc. as per deptl instructions

Painting with synthetic enamel paint using approved quality paint as specified two coats in distinct colour at all heights (over a priming coat already done and paid separately) for iron work after cleaning the surface with cotton waste including cost of all materials and labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per deptl instructions.

Painting one coat of approved quality Industrial Aluminium Paint over a priming coat already done and paid separately to ironwork at all heights after cleaning the surface well including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions per instructions.

Painting one coat /succeeding coat of approved quality Industrial Aluminium paint to old ironwork at all heights after rubbing with emery paper & cleaning the surface well including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per deptl instructionsas per instructions.

Spray painting with red oxide metal primer one coat after preparing the surface by removing scales, rust, dust, etc. and applying metal putty wherever necessary and rubbing with emery paper without damage and covering the areas wherever necessary with cellulose paper, cleaning the waste from the site etc. including cost of materials, labour charges, air compressor etc. as per deptl. instructions. (Electric power will be supplied by the Company free of cost).

Spray painting with synthetic enamel paint one coat/succeeding coat after cleaning the surface well and applying metal putty wherever necessary and rubbing with emery paper without damage and covering the areas wherever necessary with cellulose paper, cleaning the waste from the site etc. including cost of materials, labour charges, air compressor etc. as per deptl. instructions. (Electric power will be supplied by the Company free of cost).

Applying one coat of self priming coal tar epoxy paint, “Rust-O-Seal” of Asian Paints / “Protecteros CTE mastic” of Berger Paints or equivalent approved quality coal tar epoxy having volume of solids 70 % (aprox.) at all heights including cost of paint, scaffolding charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc.complete as per departmental instructions at site.

Applying succeeding coat of self priming coal tar epoxy paint, “Rust-O-Seal” of Asian Paints / “Protecteros CTE mastic” of Berger Paints or equivalent approved quality coal tar epoxy having volume of solids 70 % (aprox.) at all heights including cost of paint, scaffolding charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc.complete as per departmental instructions at site.

Applying water thinnable cement primer one coat for exterior and interi-or walls of approved brand and manufacture at all heights including cost of all labour, materials and scaffolding charges.

Painting with two coats of acrylic emulslon exterior paint of approved brand and shade at all heights as per manufacturer's specificalion

Painting letters or figures above 10 cm & up to 20 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint
