The contractor shall produce Manufacturer Authorisation Form(MAF) of Mitsubishi Electric make for Air Conditioning systems (Authorisation letter shall be enclosed).
RequiredSl.No.13 above (OR) Registered Manufacturers/OEMs or their authorised Distributors/Dealers/ Firms of Mitsubishi Electric make for Air Conditioning systems along with MAF and Firm Registration issued by Registrar of Firms. The Authorization letter issued by the Manufactures of should be in the prescribed format enclosed as per Annexure II in page No. 22 of the tender document.
RequiredSatisfactorily completed as a prime contractor in similar nature of Air Conditioning systems work in any Govt Dept/undertaking/Enterprises of value not less than Rs.8,51,874/- in any one year during last 10 financial years i.e. from 2015- 16 to 2024-25 (this value will be updated to the year 2025-26 in which the tenders for this work is called duly giving 10 percentage weight.
