M&L dewatering & cleaning of sokage well & septic tank using honey sucker/Sludge sucker with machine carring capacity 3000 ltr and dispose off material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cleaning of sewage lines and blockage by roding using bamboo split or by mechanical means from man holes to MH, Nanhi traps to gully traps, gully trap to man holes together with vertical stack pipes (where ordered) , cleaning eye to gully trap and taking out all debris, sludges or any solid / foreign materials from sewage line and removing the debries from site and flushing with water man hole to man hole & testing after cleaning complete for pipe line of dia 100mm/150mm/200mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of blockage/filled any type and cleaning of freezed water and accumulated sludge by heating method with blow lamps or nay other method and roding the cast iron pipes 100mm bore/SGSW pipe 150mm bore upto soakage well without damaging the WC and pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable like to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 CM thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position including disposal of old materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1.0 KM, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone/block masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast cement articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up PVC drain and like pipes any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 11.00 above but 20 mm bore.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, comp laid over including 15 mm thick screed bead in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x7 mm thick on vertical surface such as in dado/skirting/risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed compacted interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement without no pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 30mm thick sand cushioning under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manholes etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18.00 above but exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.00 m depth.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cemnt concrete tiles 200x200x25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors with grey cement & no pigment including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete/stone surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
