Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provide by the department and lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel, and others T & P materials,/articles will be provided by the Contractor.) and as per direction of officer The component of, the item is based on DSR./AOR 2020(Horticulture and Landscape)Page No 249 Code no2.39 and calculated current wages rate as per circular of central /State Government Labour commissioner whichever is applicable as per Minimum wages Act. (1 Mali per Acre)

Engagement or Units required for Operating & Supervision of Submersible Motor pump set including fittings/ replacing of Sprinkler as per pressure of water for 6 months or say 156 days (October 2024 to March 2025)

Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn / Garden area and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter, derbies, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. Including disposal of collected waste in dustbin / designated place, as per direction of Officer -in- charge (All T & P, materials/articles shall be provided by the Department) 1 Man/1.5 Acre, or 6071 Sqm.
