Dismantling of 3.5 cusec submersible pumping unit from its delivery side pipe by opening bolts, taking it out from water canal using chain pulley block and allied tools and tackles for carrying pumping unit to the loading site, loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for necessary repairs. Then shifting back to site after taking necessary repairs at workshop by loading in private load carrier and testing on full load after connecting 03 and power supply connections.

Complete rewinding of 20Hp motor stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality.

Providing & fitting of high quality insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps, lethoride paper, fiber glass tape etc.

Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish The job includes heat treatment process using conventional method.

Providing and fitting of mechanical seal having inner dia. 48mm, outer dia. 70mm & 55mm long. The job also includes the charge for other mechanical parts which needs repair work for the completion of work.

Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight or of copper winding at item 2 or as per actual weight measured at the time of extraction.
