Dismantling the Existing damaged Plain Cement Concrete Flooring as per standard specifications,etc,. Complete Complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm thick jelly, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for laying, curing, etc,. for base course including compacting with platform vibrator laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and consolidated.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement Two sand and Four aggregates) using 20 mm thick, gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing, etc,. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm c/c etc,. Complete complying with standard specification.

RCC 1:2:4 (One Cement Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating and mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc,. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of m.s.rods (or) RTS for all RCC works as per design given including bending typing and cost of bending tying and cost of binding wire, etc,. Complete complying with standard specification.

Brick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand) using Second class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" including curing etc., Complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12 mm thick in all including curing etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed Plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., Complete complying with standard specification.

Preparation of stack plan by using one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint of width 100 mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges, all material cost and all other incidental expenses, etc,.

Road Work

Providing Laying compacting Wet Mix Macadam with clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material, premixed with water to a dense mars on a prepared subgrade / subbase / base or existing pavement as the case may be in accordance with the requirement of these specification and thickness as per approved drawings or as directed by the Engineer incharge.
