Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of following capacity all Inverter based control VRF type air-conditioning comprising of Rotary/scroll compressors in single /multiple configuration. The outdoor unit shall be designed to work on variable refrigerant circulation depending on the actual load sensing. The variable capacity compressors shall be of inverter control. The condenser fins shall be coated with anti corrosive material for longer life. The unit shall have oil arrestor to prevent oil migration, Suction accumulator shall be provided to balance variable refrigerant circulation. The unit shall be capable of cooling as well as Heating ( Heat pump ). The unit shall also meet CPCB norms on noise and Air pollution levels etc., as required. (i) The system shall operate with only two pipes i.e., suction and liquid line that can be connected to multiple indoor units. The intelligent microprocessor based control system shall maintain the communication between indoor and outdoor units to operate the compressors in most efficient way and to keep the equal running time for constant speed compressors. The unit shall work with only R 410A refrigerant gas and suitable for 3 phase, 380 V+ /- 10%, 50 Hz AC power supply. (ii) The prices should include lifting, shifting and positioning of outdoor units. The unit shall be factory charged gas and oil required for first charge should be included in the individual price quoted below. INDOOR UNITS ( EVAPORATIVE UNIT): Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor units complete with blower, compact cooling coil, electronic expansion valve, multi speed fan motor, dynamically balanced blowers, air filter of efficiency 80% down to 20 microns, insulated drain pan & drain pump ( drain pump not required in Hi wall). Cassette units to have provision for Fresh Air Intake & decorative panel. Indoor units should have wireless / corded Remote Controller as a standard accessory. (Hi walls /Cassette to have wireless remotes and ductable units - ceiling suspended unit above false ceiling to have corded remorts and if Wireless then remote unit shall be along with IR receiver Kit including 3 x 1.5 Sq mm round flexible copper cable (up to 3.0 meters) including connection, etc as required). The Scope shall include necessary batteries and the unit shall be suitable for operation on single phase AC supply. 4-Way Cassette type Indoor Units with Cordless Remotes.

R-Y-B phase indicator lamp, Two sided panel earthing provision, separate compartment for Incoming and outgoing, brass compression gland, PVC insulated 1.1 KV grade copper conductor, pin or ring type aluminium sockets for cabling. 1.
