Annexure-A (LABOUR CHARGES)

Earthing of distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 Mtr depth and make hole of size 150 mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor), connecting the same with G.I. Strip (to be supplied by contractor ) of size 35x6 mm for a minimum lenght 6 m. treatment of soil with highly condctive substance as per IS 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recroded in M.B. before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.

Earthing of support with M.S. Earth rod of 2.5 meter long by hammaring of M.S. Rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrod e with the help of G.I. wire as per construction manual.

Fabrication of MS Channel angle iron etc in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel ,bracing and spec ial type bracket etc. as per RESPO schedule and local approced drawing.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2 mtr in all types of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bott om including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work

Fixing,tightening and nozzling of stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing/manual in LT line.

Grouting of Stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand ) block includ ing cost of Cement,sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPO Manual.

Erection of SP-33 single support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories like top channel,& clamps a s per RESPO manual.

Erection of SP-55 single support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories like top channel,& clamps a s per RESPO manual.

Erection of Sp-55 double support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories like top channel,X bracings ,& clamps as per RESPO manual.

Muffing of poles size 0.45x0.60 cm radius with 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand :graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm heigh t from ground level including cost of cement,stone and sand etc.

Excavation of earth of size 2.1x2.1x1.2 meter for DTR Plinth.

Brick work in 1:4 ratio for DTR Plinth.

RCC Work of 1:2:4 ratio 15 cm thickness of DTR Plinth.

Cement Plaster on side walls in 1:4 ratio on DTR Plinth.

Erection, providing and fixing of wire mesh of size 50x35 mm around plinth and toe wall duly welded with frame of M.S angle iron 35 x35x6 mm and strip of size 35x6 mm in mid of each side along with wire mesh (width of wire mesh 1.5 meter ) with the height of 0.5 meter above the plinth and 2 meter above the toe wall with 1 No. gate and locking arrangment in the toe wall size including grouting of 6 Nos. legs in the ratio in block of size 0.25x0.25x0.45 meter including gravlling of shingle of size 20 to 40 mm and complete painting of wire mesh with aluminium paint with two coat (Including the cost of cement and all material).

Installation / mounting of new 400 KVA/500 KVA Tranformer on plinth structure and fixing of channel / angle etc. and making all conn ections of Ht and LT side and its complete commissioning.

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of 11 KV / 33 KV line in 3 phase (3 Phase 3 wire) of ACSR Dog as phase wire with G.I. earth wire complete including fixing of all accessories in 3 Nos. conductor in parallel with binding and jumpering as per profile and pro file and sagging chart.

Guarding of LT/11 KV Line over (Telephone / Road / L.T. line crossing as per drawing with 6/8 SWG G.I. wire including fixing of guar ding channel/ angle as per RESSPO manual.

Laying,Sagging & binding of AB cable of size 120 sqmm.(Only for cable,additional provisions to be made for matching accessories installation, case of any network modification i.e additionalpole etc. and for actual connection,disonnection as per site condition.

Cartage of ST pole SP-33 Poles from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking.(Di stance 21-50 Km)

Cartage of ST pole SP-55 Poles from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking.(Di stance 21-50 Km)

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle from Store Center to nearest construction site Store including loading and unloading at both ends(distance 21-50 Km)

Cartage of the 400/500 KVA transformer from store center to construction site with loading and unloading at both points.(Distance 21 -50 Km)

Headload cartage of SP-33 Pole from road to site(distance 0-3 Km)

Erection of LT ACB 800 A CT including microprocessor release IPR (3 pole with NCT as per IS 13947-2 & IEC 69047-2 ) with panel (IP 5 4 protection level) and mounting structure including CC works (0.3 mtr. x0.3 mtr. x0.75 mtr. x4 no.) as per UPCL specification.

Digging of Pit through Hammer at CC, DAMAR Road

Charges of Installation & Fixing of SMC three phase L.T.Distribution Box with inbuilt pannel lock, AI bus bar RYB 25x6 mm AI bus bar size including all complete work as per drawing, upcl specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
