Disconnection of the electrical line from the motor & keep the cable by covering with protective device.

Open out the motor from the aerator by engaging labours, tools & tackles etc & Lifting the broken shaft, impeller, couplings etc from the aeration tank as per the direction of EIC.

Supply, fitting fixing of bolt with nut washer.ii. 20-25mm dia bolt a. length upto 75mm dia

Rewinding the same with new copper conductor (electro brand ) of existing specification & insulating class F insulation ( 155°C ) after removing the total old and damaged winding from the stator core.

Procurement & supply of ball bearing, DE & NDE make: SKF, 6208 -2Z/C3

Complete servicing and heat varnishing of 415Volt, 3 Phase L.T. sq. cage induction motor after cleaning the stator and heating it up periodically and varnishing by Dr. Beck’s graded insulating varnish to obtain stable IR value, cleaning up the rotor, including heating for demoisturisation, lacker coating on the surface of rotor stampings, cleaning and RO priming on the end shield covers, bearing housing and complete the necessary repairing works as per direction of E.I.C

DYNAMIC BALANCING Trueness check ing & dynamic balancing of rotor.

Complete fitting fixing of the impeller with the shaft & gear box maintaining proper alignment as per the direction of EIC.

Motors to be placed on its original position with shaft special arrangement & tightening the bolts after proper alignment with the aerator & trial run.
