CERTAIN REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL, HARDSTANDING AND OTHER MISC WORKS UNDER AGE (B/R) (P) AT AF STN JODHPUR

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as FOD traps, grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered, and/ or reveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, framed balusters and similar work conforming to Fe 290, grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and and disposing thedebris outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 Grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismantling of existing paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor/ edge of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old masonry complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster in cement mortar from block masonry or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removal of debris outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete/ block/ brick surfaces and finishing with two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade over and including a coat of primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, including demolition and removing old broken kerb stone out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, embeded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) n. exc. 0.5 cum each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in fencing post with or without Y/ U/ swan neck made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing for holding of barbed wire or concertina coil etc. to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35 to 40mm thick precast RCC jallies of pattern as approved including frame, balusters, bressumers, kneelers, string courses, fixing in any position with cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old jallies and thrown outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured and paid.

Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured and paid.

Restraining, resecuring including making good 8mm dia wire rope for blast pen wire rope, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured and paid.

M&L for filling of approved earth brought from outside MD land, deposited, spreading, levelling and well ramming of soil in layers including watering as required at a level upto 8 metres from ground level as in blast pens/ blast walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Earth brought from outside MD land shall be measured in stacks and voids will be deducted as per engineering practice. (ii) Place/ spot outside MD land for loading of soil shall be ascertained by the contractor at their own cost.
