Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc of any thickness including Dado any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for rough cast plaster over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in two layers on brick or concrete surface of any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified (ISI marked).

Material and Labour for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. NOTE : - Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approved of the same by GE.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing debries out side defence area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified ceramic coloured tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, as in skirting / dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in screed bed (1:4) base, complete all as specified.

All as per item No 13.00 but in vertical surfaces as in skirting / dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl. 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in screed bed (1:4) base, complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300x 450x 7mm or 200x 300x7 mm thick) in vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
