SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI (MISC ITEMS) (Note for items 11 to 31: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

M&L for WMM 150mm thick for new construction of rigid pavement in two layers of 75mm each including spreading, rolling with power roller and compacting to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250mm thick pavement quality concrete PQC design mix for pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm with minimum 400 Kg of cement per cum including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of cement content used in the work at the Rate of Rs 7.50/Kg. (ii) Deduction shall be made for Expansion joints. (iii) All joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Operating handle- 01 Nos Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of communication for period of 12 month from the date of completion. Taking out HT U/G cable of any size from existing trench and re-routing the same in new trench/Location including shifting and stacking complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-Excavation , returening filling and removl of soil which required for taking down and rerouting of cable will be measured and paid seprately)

Taking down safely serviceable LED street light fitting along with breaket , clamp, connecting wire, PVC conduit and junction box from existing pole and rexing the same at new pole using old connecting wire 2x1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor and old PVC conduite 20mm dia from street light to junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PCC route indicator pedestal type of size 90cmx30cmx10cm made out of RCC with 10mm dia rod circular above the GL 60 CM & below 30 CM with PCC(1:2:4) type B1 above GL,PCC(1:4:8) in foundation below ground level duly HT/LT cable-MES etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking out exiting PCC pole of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking of old PCC cover of any size from trench including shifting and stacking at site where directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reusing of old serviceable PCC covers retrived from site including shifting all as directed by engr-in Charge

Boring under roads/pavement/hardstanding without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including GI pipe medium grade of 150 mm dia with socket suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Necessary infrastructure reqd for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost).

Supply and installation, testing, commissioning, factory made, (CPRI approved manufacture), outdoor type, LT panel board, confirming to IS 8623 with IP-54 protection, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 HZ supply mounted on and including MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame with front and back openable, double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & vermin proof, gasket, TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof, overall powder coated complete all as specified and directed & connecting of the following equipments:-

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 750x750x1000mm deep dimensions 9over all internal dimension) for sluice balve etc with PCC foundation. PCC block masonary wall, PCC coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting of chamber cover including excavation adn earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below. valve chamber shall be provided with the following specification:- (a) Cement concrete for foundation(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thick extended up to 150mm beyond the outer face of block masonary. (b) Walls of valve chamber 200mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks, setting in CM 1:6 complete. (c) Internal and exposed surface of valve chamber both concrete and block masonary surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4) 15mm thick finished even and smooth. (d) 50mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over block masonary wall. (e) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash. (f) Chamber cover shall be of 6mm thick MS sheet with 30x30x5mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement. (g) Steel surface shall be painted with two coat of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for cutting the GI pipes of size 50mm dia and taking 25mm dia branch connection including necessary fittings atc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm compacted thickness GSB Grade-II in two layer (75mm each) with coarse aggregate of grading -2 (63 to 40mm size Granite trap or basalt) Spreaded, watered and rolled with 10 to 12 tonne power roller, and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polythene film of 400 micron spread and laid below PQC including sealing all joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
