Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 20 cm deep in hard / dense soil and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard/dense soils and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soils, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed

Moorum filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exe. 15cm thick , spread leveled and rammed including watering. Complete all as specified and directed

Hard core with broken stone/ boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, and watered consolidated to required gradient & camber including watering. Complete all as specified and directed.

PCC : Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, floors, filling and mass concrete, Complete all as specified and directed .

Stone Masonry : Walling of Squared Rubble regular coursed Stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in with 1:6 cement mortar, Complete in all respects as specified and directed.

Flush Pointing with 1:4 cement mortar to square rubble, coursed, well bonded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar as directed.

PCC : Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, floors, filling and mass concrete, Complete all as specified and directed .

Structural steel (S&F) : Structural steel work Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Steel confirming to Fe410W (Gde E-250 quality A). Complete all as specified directed.

PCC paving : PCC 1:4:8 in floors/ paving of type D-2, 1:4:8 with 40mm graded aggregate, 75 mm thick. Complete all as specified and directed.

PCC paving : PCC 1:2:4 in floors/ paving of type B-2, with 40mm graded aggregate, 100 mm thick. Including finishing concrete surface even and smooth surface without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

Paver tiles : Supply and fixing of heavy duty factory made M 35 grade 60mm thick hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted pre-cast interlocking cement concrete coloured paver tiles, any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 including preparation of surface with 60mm thick sand/stone dust cushion and leveling followed by laying and final compaction with plate vibrator and finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges including all labour and material etc. Make : Nitco / Classic. Complete all as specified and directed.

Roofing sheet : Supply and fixing of pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/ trapezoidal profile roofing sheets of thickness 0.5 mm having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall with self tapping screws etc. Make : Essar/Jindal. Complete all as specified and directed.

SY.ENAMEL PAINTING (STEEL) (M&L) : Synthetic enamel painting two coats on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth - including preparation of surfaces and application of one coat red oxide primer.

PLASTERING : Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces-1:4 Cement mortar - all as specified and directed.

FORM WORK : Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft or raft beams, sides of foundations and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or batter for flat, rough finished surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.
