DIESEL GENERATOR SETS

SITC of minimum 40 KVA prime power D.G. Set with acoustic enclosure conforming to latest environment regulations for emmission and noise levels complete with Diesel Engine of suitable BHP (considering de-rating factor if any) at 1500 RPM, water cooled, (Radiator type), four stroke, electric start, turbo-charged & inter/after cooled conforming to BS: 5514 with all standard accessories, coupled with alternator of 40KVA rating prime power rated, brushless, self excited, self regulated and suitable for continuous operation, generation 415 V +/- 5% Volts at 0.8 PF (lag), 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system generally conforming to BS: 2613 & IS: 4722. along with DG set command control panel complete as required. Both Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on common channel iron base frame, with complete fuel pipe line, antivibration mountings, residential type silencer , batteries & battery charger, minimum 95 ltr inbuild HSD tank (day tank) with level indicator, first fill of lubricating oil, filling of sufficient diesel for testing & commissioning, and all mandatory accessories, complete with neccessary civil work of making cement concrete foundation for placing the DG set, grouting, chipping, finishing with cement etc as recommended by OEM and as per site condition etc as required. The work shall be as per C.E.A/Electrical inspectorate standards.

Insulated Exhaust Piping with aluminium cladding : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of insulated MS exhaust pipe of 100mm dia with aluminium cladding of suitable length conforming to class - C as per relevant IS , i/c insulation of complete exhaust piping with mineral wool/rock wool of appropriate thickness and density, suitable for higher temperature with 24 SWG aluminium cladding (around the exhaust pipe) and fixing / supporting arrangement for piping, insulation & aliminium cladding etc. with all other required accessories such as bends, flanges, stainless steel flexible bellows . complete as required.

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, aluminium conductor, armoured, power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended upto date.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and 20 mm dia medium class GI watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and and 20 mm dia medium class GI watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Dismantling/ Opening of already terminated PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs by cutting the cable and pluging the hole with sealant after drawing the cable for following size as required.

Dismantling of existing installed Feeder panel of approx size of 1.78 x 1.34 x 0.55 mtr. i/c taking of dismantaled Feeder panel to the within Airport premises as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing installed 32.5 KVA DG set i/c taking of dismantaled DG set to the within Airport premises as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
