Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section as in framed work in any position complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling of wall and ceiling Boards(Fiber,pulp, Insulation etc) or insulation Board/slab/blankets any Thinkness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for masonry in walls curved on plan to mean radius not exceeding 6.0 m, using modular fly ash bricks of Sub-Class 'B' conforming to IS 12894, at all heights and levels, laid in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), comprising: rough-cutting bricks to radius or laying with uniform radial wedge-shaped joints; laying in true bond, level, and curvature; forming templates; raking out joints to 10 mm depth; scaffolding, and continuous curing with water for minimum 14 days, complete all as specified. (Note: Fly ash lime/clay modular bricks shall conform to IS 12894 [Sub-Class 'B', minimum average compressive strength of 7.5 N/mm2 / Class designation 7.5, water absorption not exceeding 20%, and efflorescence rating not more than moderate], cement to IS 269 / IS 1489, sand to IS 1542 / IS 383, cement mortar preparation to IS 2250, and brickwork construction practice to IS 2212 and MES SSR Part-I. Wedge-shaped joints shall not exceed 15 mm in thickness at the outer periphery nor be less than 6 mm at the inner face. Makes of Modular Fly Ash Bricks: Certified local automated brick plants conforming to IS 12894 or approved equivalent as in the list of Makes).

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type A1 (1:1.5:3 volumetric proportion using 20 mm nominal gauge graded crushed stone aggregate) in substructure, at all depths, heights, and levels, comprising: foundations, rafts, isolated and combined footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, column bases, basement slabs, under-reamed piles, and mass concrete; machine batch-mixing; transporting, placing, consolidating with mechanical needle and surface vibrators around reinforcement; striking, tamping, and finishing surfaces; forming construction and expansion joints; continuous curing with ponding or wet hessian for minimum 14 days, complete all as specified. Note : Steel reinforcement [TMT bars conforming to IS 1786], binding wire, formwork/shuttering and centering [steel/plywood conforming to IS 4990 and IS 14687 shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' .
