Chair Dining Officers (FD/MAP-II/04) All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwood with permisible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Seat shall be made out of 75mm thick PU foam 40 density pasted with adhesive on 12mm thick BWR grade plywood covered with Fabric/Rexine as approved . Quality of Fabric/Rexine (as per sample kept at BSO Yard). PVC rings shall be screwed to each legs. Fabrication of seat shall be done at BSO Yard. All wooden portions shall be smoothened to apply best quality water base PU polish glossy finish . Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Sofa set 4 seater w/cushioned (FD-281) All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwood with permisible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Cushion for seat & back shall be 110 mm thick PU foam 40 density covered with good quailty, tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 350/- RM. Tapestry as per sample kept at BSO Yard. PVC shoe shall be provided to each legs. All wooden portions shall be smoothened to apply best quality water base PU polish glossy finish. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Peg Table (FD-384) All the timber shall be first class HW well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots with moisture content permisiable as per IS-281-1973. The top shall be made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade-I, type-II (Make- Century/Greenply/Action Tesa) with all edges covered with 1.6 mm thick PVC edge-banding with autolipped throughfeed CNC machine. PVC hard shoe shall be provided to each legs, irrespective whatever shown on drg, one center stiffener of size 20x40 mm shall be provided. All exposed wooden surface shall be water base PU polish glossy finish (Make- Asian paints/Burger paints).Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Sofa set 5 seater w/cushioned (FD-373) All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwood with permisible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Cushion for seat & back shall be 110mm thick PU foam 40 density covered with good quailty, tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 350/- RM. Tapestry as per sample kept at BSO Yard. PVC shoe shall be provided to each legs.All wooden portions shall be smoothened to apply best quality water base PU polish glossy finish .Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table Writing (FD-275) All wood work shall be first class hard wood Teak. Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. Legs shall be 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs. Irrespective of whatever is shown on drawing top short rail of size 25 x 50 mm shall be provided at the side of drawer joining both long rail. Pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick one side teak faces other side duly finished. (Make : Century/Greenply/Action Tesa) shall be provided as top. 1.6 mm thick PVC edging banding with auto lipped throughfeed CNC Machine shall be provided all edges on the top and drawer and cabinet shutter also.Teak wood bearers of section 25mm x 20mm shall be provided between drawer and cabinet towards the front of drawer and cabinet and at the bottom of drawer. Sides and back of drawer shall be 12 mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of the drawers and back of the box shall be of 12 mm thick plywood. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with two Nos EARL BIHARI Hinges/ Auto locking concealed hinges (Make - Ebco, Hetich, Godrej). One standard quality cam lock & magnetic catcher (Make - Ebco, Hetich, Godrej) shall also be provided to the cabinet shutter. 100 mm long SS 'C' shape handle shall be provided as per sample kept with BSO Yard. Hard rubber shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs duly screwed. All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with high glossy finish (Make-Asian / Burger paints). Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table Dinning 1200 X 900 X 760 (FD/MAP-II/03) All as shown on drawing. All wood work shall be of first class hard wood teak well seasoned free from knots and cracks. Over all size of the Table shall be 1200 x 900 x 750 mm and only one stiffener in the center of table be provided as specified in drawings. Top of the table shall be provided with 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board of grade-I exterior quality as per IS : 14587 with teak veneer shade of approved quality. TW bracket of 100 x100 x 35 mm shall be provided in all four corners and 150 x 30 x 5 mm thick MS right angle screwed with rail and leg for extra strength be provided. Nylon buffers shall be provided to the bottom of legs. All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with high glossy finish. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table Centre two tier (FD/MAP/08) All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwood with permissible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Top shall be made of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle Board Ext grade with 1.6 mm thick PVC edging with edge bander machine with autolipped throughfeed CNC machine. PVC shoe shall be provided to each legs. All wooden portion shall be smoothened to apply best quality melamine polish glossy finish . Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table Dressing ladies (FD/MAP-II/07) All wood work shall be first class teak wood well seasoned free from knots/cracks. Top/side/drawer/bottom/back shall be made of 18mm thick pre-laminated Particle Board exterior grade. Full Panel MS drawer slide ivory colour powder coated of size 86 mm (H) X350mm (L) (Make- Ebco,Hetich,Godrej) with 9 mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board BSL Exterior grade bottom and front and rear shall be 18mm thick Prlaminated Particle board BSD exterior grade . 01 Nos Std quality magnetic catcher (Make- Ebco,Hetich,Godrej) shall be provided to each shutters .S S Handle shall be provided to drawer /Shutter as per sample kept in BSO yard. Heavy duty concealed hinges (Make- Ebco,Hetich,Godrej) shall be provided to each shutter with lock (Make- Ebco,Hetich,Godrej). Std quality Cam lock connector/dowels fastening /Universal angle/PVC Corner shall be used in fabrication of body/structure of item. 1.6/0.9 mm thick PVC edging shall be provided wherever required with edge bander machine as directed by EIC.Telescopic channel (Make- Ebco,Hetich,Godrej) ) shall be used in lieu of TW Runner irrespective of whatever is shown in drg. Cushion of stool dressing shall be 75mm thick & 40 density upholestered with tapestry/rexine of range not less than Rs.350/-. (as per sample kept with BSO yard) and as approved by GE. All exposed and hidden surfaces of woodwork shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish .Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Hat Stand with Mirror (FD-233) All as shown on drawing. All wood shall be first class hard wood teak. 20mmx50mm in section teak wood frame shall be provided horizontally (top and bottom rails) and vertically (sides). 50mm x 20 mm in section vertical intermediate stiffeners shall be provided at 288mm from right hand side. Two horizontal wooden battens of 50mmx20mm in section, one at 160mm from top rail and other at 200mm from bottom rail shall be provided in the right hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener joining vertical stiffener with left hand side for providing support for the fixing of pegs. Another wooden batten 50mmx20mm in section shall be provided in horizontal direction on right hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener 430mm from bottom of top rail. 6 mm thick teak plywood 1000mmx710mm shall be provided to front of frame and 6 mm thick commercial plywood of 1000mm x 710mm shall be provided to the back of frame. 6mm x 35mm in section teak wood edging shall be provided all round the Hat stand frame 5.5mm thick of Modiguard or Saint Gobain mirror of size 300mm x 440mm shall be provided with teak wood beading made to shape as shown on drawing out of 10mmx12mm in section teak wood. Brass pegs of size 120mm x 75mm (overall) shall be fixed with brass screws as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Two key plates shall be provided of mild steel sheet, 3mm thick, made to shape as shown on drawing. All wood and teak ply surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Bath mat (FD/E6/MAP/07/TP) All PVC work shall be of standard class thick polymer plastic.10x100mm legs 04 Nos in Arc shaped. 25 mm dia leg at centre of bath mat. 3 x 10 mm thick stiffener moulded alongwith the seat in single piece Bath Mat should be of make : Cello/Brite/Supreme/AMKO as approved by GE. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. All CRCA steel sheets shall be of 20 gauge thick. Irrespective of whatever is shown in drg a three way locking device with brass lever lock with duplicate key shall be provided. All steel surfaces ext/int shall be provided with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces with putty. Hammer tone finish or colour shade as approved by GE shall be applied on body and shutters. Painting work shall be done at BSO Yard. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Almirah Med Steel (FD-1032) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 760mm long 440 mm wide and 1270mm high. Top, sides, bottom,back, front and shelves of Almirah shall be of 20 gauge thick CRCA sheet. Front shutters shall have two leaves. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided. All joints, welding & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specification shown in drawing. A three-way locking device controlled by a brass lever lock and operated by a chromium plated metallic S -Type handle-01 No shall be provided. All steel surfaces shall be powder coated. The shade of powder coating shall be as approved by GE and in dual/contrast colour. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Almirah large 1/2 H X 1/2 Shelves Steel (FD/E6/MAP/18) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 910mm long 490 mm wide and 1900mm high. CRCA Sheet to be used shall be 20 gauge thick for entire body, shelves and legs irrespective of what is shown on drg. Front shutters shall have two leaves. All joints, welding & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specification shown in drawing. A three-way locking device controlled by a brass lever lock and operated by a chromium plated metallic S -Type handle - 01 No shall be provided. CP Handle and Locking arrangement with duplicate key shall be provided to the drawer and locker both . 04 Nos Plastic insert moulded screw leg cum leveler (plinth Screw) Make :Ebco/Hettich used with cross nut or self tapping insert shall be provided to legs as approved by Engr-in-charge. All steel surfaces shall be powder coated. The shade of powder coating shall be as approved by GE and in dual/contrast colour. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Charpoy IP Hard top (FD/MAP-II/01) All as shown on drawing. The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 16 guage . Charpoy top shall be 12 mm thick BWP Marine grade IS-710 plywood and fitted with suitable shunken type nuts & bolts with washer. Head rest and foot rest shall be detachable. All metal work shall be powder coated (black). Welding process shall be of MIG/MAG and complete. Std quality rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Bed Hard Steel (FD/E6/MAP/08R) All as shown on drawing. The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 18 guage . Long rails and short rail shall be made of 25mm x 65mm box section of 18 gauge. Frame work for foot/head board shall be 18mm x 18mm box section of 18 gauge. The bed top shall be 12 mm thick plywood top BWP grade confirming to IS 710. The main frame work for foot/head board along with legs shall be made out of CRCA box section of 38mm x 38mm with 18 G thick. The foot board / head board shall be covered with 18mm thick prelemintated particle board exterior grade with 0.8 mm thick PVC edging with edge bander machine. Detachable head Complete and foot Complete shall be provided with hard top. All metal work shall be powder coated (Black) . All joints / gaps shall be filled with metal putty / primer before powder coating. Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG and complete . Inner hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Ladder Aluminium (FD-1025) All as shown on drawing. Overall size of aluminium ladder shall be 2310mm long and 363.5 mm wide. The clear space between the stringers shall be 300mm.Two aluminium strigers 60mmx31.75mm lmade in 'C' shape and 3.18mm thick aluminium shall be 2310mm long and joined together with aluminium rungs of aluminium conduit fluted pipe rungs ends bent to shape as show on drawing. Eight aluminium rungs of aluminium conduit pipe of wall thickness not less than 2.43mm shall be equally spaced after leaving 150mmfrom bottom and top. Hard rubber Cap/Shoes shall be provided to bottom and top of aluminium stringers. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Trestle Store Room Steel (FD-1043) All as shown on drawing.Overall size shall be 2440mm long, 600mm wide and 300mm high.Two long angle iron 40mmX40mmX6mm of mild steel 1980mm long shall be provided 520mm apart at bottom connected with 50mmX3mm flat iron bracing , four in numbers , and equally spaced with 50mmx50mmx6mm T- iron . Two flat iron mild steel bracing 50mmx3mm shall be provided as a 'cross bracing ' joining vertical T - iron provided at four equally spaced members of T-iron . Two long mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 2440mm long shall be provided at top . Two short mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 600mm length shall be provided at both the ends of trestle . Two numbers 50mmx50mmx6mm T-iron 600mm long shall be provided equally spaced joining two long angle iron. Four cross bracings at top shall be provided with 50mmx3mm mild steel falt iron bracing . Four mild steel flat iron struts shall be provided to each side of the trestle . All jointing, welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship . All steel and iron work surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces.Painting work with spray machine shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg and as directed by EIC.
