.(A) SUPPLY PART OF 16M HIGH MAST SYSTEM :- Supply of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 16 meter shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanised inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875Part-III, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 340 mm, with complete motorized rope system with 08 nos 120w LED flood lights. There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, two point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 8 luminairies LED type symmetrically & lightening finial. The mast shaft have an internal type power tool mounted at the base compartment for its operation . It also comprises the following :- (i) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates Qty- 01 Set. (ii) LED 120w LED flood lights Qty - 08 Nos. (iii) Twin dome aviation LED light Qty - 01No. (iv) Control pannel housing suitable control circuit for automatic switching ON and OFF of the mast. It shall also have suitable controls for operation of Power Tool Qty -01 Set. (B) ERECTION PART :- (i) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with design mix 'M25' concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sqmtr at 2 mtr depth with all material & labour Job-01. (ii) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaires with all wiring material & labour Job-01 No (iii) Installation of control panel on suit abvloe foundation including all matertial & labour Job-01 (C) TESTING & COMMISSIONING COMPLETE:- (i) Testing & Commisoning of above high mast system complete. Note: Rate quoted against this item deemed included all three parts mentioned above.

M&L for Earthing complete for poles/DBs with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point,GI tubing 20mm bore light grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel & wire mesh,charcoal dust and common salt 15cm in layers all round the earth plate, 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate )reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 75mm c/c both way with mild steel handle 20mm dia round bar , plastering 15mm thick with CM (1:6:) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally and chamber of (size of pit 300 mm x 300 mm x 300mm internal diamentions) PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m & returning filling) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I including taking down old/ unserveciable existing earthing & making good disturbed surface of wall ,floors etc.complete all as directed. Notes: -(i) Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre. (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 0.45 metre deep and not exceeding 0.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & Laying factory made un-reinforced pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV , type- I, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm ,3 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning factory assembled of silent type Diesel Engine, corrosion resistant in modular construction, epoxy coated base proof epoxy coated base frame enclosure silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per BS5514/IS 10002 directly coupled to AC Alternator capable of developing 25 KVA/ 20 KW at 1500 RPM at 415V 50 Hz, 0.8 pf (lag) generally meeting the reqirement of IS 13364 inclusive of power control panel (microprocessor based fully configured) to regulate the AC power, 12 V electric starting system 88 AH battery complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure with standard AMF panel configured inside the genset body, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB II norms, doors must be gasketed with high quality EDPN gasket and durable industrial locking system, emergency push button to stop the DG set from outside, Lub oil level, lub oil pressure, coolant level with over load relay protection, earth fault relay protection & under voltage protection of capacity 25 KVA complete all as directed. Note : DG Set must comply Gazette of India notification No. G.S.R. 771(A) dated 11 Dec 2013 or its latest amendment till date.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 40 mm dia HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 Kgf/sq.cm fixed with all necessary fittings for cable protection in walls, ceiling, floors, road etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 150 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 150 Litres per hour complete all as specified and directed..

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft /loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, & removing surplus soil (material) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread & leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified& directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor finishing , even & smooth using extra cement including fixing of glass strip as per design as directed by Engineer-in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Glass dividing Strip shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 38 mm wide glass dividing strips,3.0mm thick inserted in position,conform to design complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash Brick work with using sub class "B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
