Compactor Bins of Galvanised Steel, 4 wheeled Compactor bin of capacity1100 Ltrs.. (Suitable to lift with Bin Lifter of a Rear End Load Garbage Compactor) using standard make materials including enamel paintingincluding cost, conveyance, labour charges, lettering, numbering, etc. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF COMPACTOR BINS WITH LID: I.CAPACITY: The capacity shall be 1100 Ltrs. ii.BODY DESIGN: The bins shall be fabricated using Gl sheet of 2.5mm thickness. The top Frame shall be made of 38x38x5mm M.S. angular and side supporting angular with 30 x 30 x 4mm. Top door shall be made of 18gauze Gl sheet. The bins shall be provided with heavy duty wheel bracket to avoid damage to the body during operations. Water drainage shall be provided at the bottom for easy cleaning. The bins shall have lifting trunnion made of metal rods for being lifted by bin lifters. MEASUREMENTS: Overall Height: 38inches (with out wheels) and 49inches (with wheels), Width Length (with Lift hocks): 57 inches, Width Length (without Lift hocks) 47inches, Side Width: 38inches.iii. WHEELS: The bins shall have 4 heavy duty wheels made of one piece fiber of 8inches dia x 2inches width and shall have swiveling trough 360 degrees complete as directed by the engineer in charge of the work
