The Bidder should not have any cases pending against him regarding non-payment of EPF & ESI etc., Notarized Declaration in this regard shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted as on date of bid opening. Notarized Self Declaration in this regard shall be uploaded.
