Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Air cooled scroll chiller complete with scroll compressor of capacity 4x 12 TR, Air cooled Condenser & Chiller Expansion Valves, Liquid drier filter, Pressure gauge and other connected misc items etc complete all as specified and as directed. The plant should be suitable for maintaining the following parameters :- (i) The desired temperature in air conditioned area ranges: +15 to +25 degree centigrade, Humidity 50 % ( + or - 15) and control system has to be designed to achieve the same. (ii) Chilled water inlet/outlet - 15/10 degree C (iii) Condenser inlet/outlet - 30/35 degree C

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Double Skin Floor Mounted Air Handling Unit with 6 Rows Deep Coil of capacity 24000 CFM at 55mm WG complete all as specified and as directed. The specifications of the AHU's are as under :- i. Outer skin – 0.6 mm Pre coated GSS ii. Inner skin – 0.6 mm plain GSS iii. Panel - 40 mm Thick Pu foam iv. Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of water circulation system including all misc works complete all as specified and as directed. The water circulation system includes the following :- (i) Chilled water circulation monoblock pumps (2 working + 1 standby) of suitable capacity - 03 Nos (ii) NRVs of suitable size (iii) Butterfly valves of suitable size (iv) Pressure gauges (v) Y- Strainer of suitable size (vi) Insulated syntex buffer tank 2000 Ltr capacity - 01 No (vii) Water piping with suitable size from buffer tank to pump, pump to chillers, chillers to AHU's and AHU outlet to again buffer tank. All piping will be MS with epoxy primer, 19 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation, vapor barrier and 26 SWG Aluminium cladding to protect the chilled water piping from ambient condition and heat loss. Note: The vendor shall submitt general layout of equipments, instrumentation and process flow of complete system and get approval of GE prior to commencement of work.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Air heaters with control system including all misc works complete all as specified and as directed. The Air heaters with control system includes the following :- (i) In 25000 CFM AHU heater capacity will be 72 kW (ii) In 12000 CFM AHU heater capacity will be 36 kW (iii) Air heaters is made up of 3/8” tube with GI fins for better heat transfer efficiency for winter condition (iv) All heaters are protected with over Heat protection (v) Temperature will be control by temp. controller by switching ON & OFF the air heaters.

Supply, lay and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvnized steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts (earth) grade, of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for perforated cable tray of size 300 mm x 50 mm (WXH) of suitable length industrial type open slot cable reaceway special, cable management chgannel cord track to hide cable wire for run electric cable to further distribute with panel for necessary cable protection. Cable tray should be made out of min 2 mm thick rolled sheet should be fabricated and fabrication process shall include pressing, punching , slotting , drilling , welding extra including taking down existing cable tray complete all as specified and as directed.

GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET DUCTING : Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated galvanized steel sheet metal (G.S.S.) round / rectangular ducting of following sheet thickness having zinc coating of 120 g/m² total on both sides and complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, volume control dampers, hangers, supports, etc. as per approved drawings and conforming to the latest edition of IS 655: 2006 & HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible of SMACNA along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site including necessary fixing accessories of MS angle iron rods ,clamps, bolts and nuts on wall/roof as applicable and leak testing complete of size 26 Guage complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and installation, Testing and commissioning Acoustic insulation of supply air ducting with 19mm thick closed cell electrometric nitrle rubber with density minimum 43kg/m3, anti - microbial with EPA approved and fire performance to pass, class - 1 as per BS 476 part-7 and class O as per BS 476 part 6 and use recommended adhesives/SR 505 grade Fevicol and covered with 7mm thick chemically treated woven glass cloth having density 205+/- 10gram / sqm and affixed using synthetic contact adhesive of approved make and covered with 24G aluminium cladding for all exposed ducts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of wall mounted digital temperature cum %RH controller (Digital Thermo Hygrometer) complete with large LCD, English display having operating voltage 24±10% V AC, 50 Hz frequency, ≤ 8 VA power consumption, 0.5 ºC temperature display resolution, 0.1% relative humidity display resolution, IP20 protection, etc. including battery and control wiring in PVC conduit from return air duct to AC Plant Room complete all as specified and directed. M&L for dismantling and transportation of the existing central AC Plant of capacity 3x48 TR including cooling tower, AHUs, ducting, water pumps and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.
